The room was clean and they kept our luggage after check-out.

The location was a bit inconvenient. We were tired at night, so we wanted to eat out around the hotel, but we couldn't find the nice one.

Tudo perfeito. Excelentes acomodações, atendimento, limpeza. O hotel conta com mini mercado, bar e restaurante, o que facilita bastante.

Der Preis vom Frühstück ist bei 25 € pro Person viel zu teuer das war schade für den Preis haben wir kein Frühstück gemacht im Hotel

The bed was really comfortable. Having a small fridge was really useful. The room was comfortable, the bathroom was nice. It was just right.

One key issue - tea. Lack of tea bags and the ones you provide are terrible. Lipton's is the reference for terrible tea. Nobody in the UK drinks it - not sure you can even buy it. We were only provided with 2 tea bags and they weren't replenished. There's also not enough milk. That said, when I asked for some more from reception, they sent more up straightaway, which was great. What would have been amazing is some decent teabags (PG tips is fine) and a small carton of fresh milk in the fridge. Then, my stay would have been 10/10 Perfect!

Het ontbijtbuffet is geweldig goed, er wordt zelfs vers voor je klaargemaakt. Tevens is het openbaar vervoer zeer dichtbij zodat de eigen auto op de parkeerplaats kon blijven.

Being treated as a second class citizen at the front deskupon arrival. Bed not made by the time I am back from work for one of the days. There was one day when the toilet was not cleaned. It would be good if some rooms have bidet

Confort en général. Bonne nourriture (petit déjeuner copieux et très varié, restaurant : la crème brûlée m'a agréablement surprise).

Au restaurant, un plat non commandé nous a été servi pour patienter, délicieux, attention sympathique. Pour nous rendre compte qu'il a été facturé !

Ik heb meer verwacht van een 4 ster hotel. Ik heb gewerkt bij een 5 ster hotel en er is een groot verschil tussen die twee. Dit hotel lijkt mij meer als een 3 ster hotel. Het kon schooner zijn en meer hebben voor de gasten.

Not a lot at all, see negative comments below... the staff member that checked me in was friendly, this is probably the highlight of the staff.

The room bathroom was mouldy, the room carpet was dirty. The evening meal i took in the restaurant on the monday was disappointing, service waiting for a table was slow, the meal that arrived was low quality for the price, the service to order drinks was slow.

Meals options were expensive and didn't provide value for money.

Great place to stay

The transport links to the hotel are excellent. The facilities within the hotel were decent such as a mini shop and car rental if you need it.

1. I had to wait around 15 - 20 minutes to check in, and this experience could have been better. The staff were not friendly and did not smile or apologise for the delay. 2. I chose a standard queen room and was put in a room with two single beds and two single quilts. This was very uncomfortable at night as the bed split into two, forming a middle gap. 3. I ordered room service through the QR app. After waiting 45 minutes, I called reception to only find out it was not working and they haven't received my order. I ordered over the phone, and they arrived with no cutlery or bottle opener. 4. The toiletries were not topped up or changed so I had to again request them from reception. Overall stay was not very comfortable. Couches had stains on them, and the biggest bug bear was these small issues above adding up. Not what to expect for the price.

Fantastic hotel, best value money can give! It is not in the city center, but in a calm, clean suburb, near river Amstel, just a 20 minutes ride on the metro.

I liked everything.
