Exceptional

Amazing views over the Mar Menor. Lo pagan is absolutely beautiful with a great holiday vibe with beach bars, inflatable, play grounds and fair for kids and adults to enjoy. The mud baths are a must. We will definitely be returning to the area. The apartments themselves had everything that was needed for a great family holiday and the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly.

A fine place to stay, though don't expect 5-star luxury.

Position of our room. The fact that they gave us a free upgrade - thank you! Parking area good and quite secure. The appartment was well-appointed, and very comfortable, EXCEPT for the sofa-bed-cum-settee, which was unsupportive and very low to sit comfortably in. Lovely position with great views across the salinas from our room. Near to the promenade and beach. Good swimming pool - clean and guarded.

Could only get get into Reception on arrival by waiting for someone who had a door code for the main doors, as the reception was hidden away in the building a little! The one-way system of the local streets confused both us and our navigation system in the car, and we ended up driving in circles trying to find a way around the maze of narrow streets - all one-way only.

great location, decent apartment,

great location, nice pool, good size apartment

the neighbours above us were very noisy, sounded like they were moving in every night, dragging chairs, banging, shouting, this settled down just after midnight, but not ideal. the pool area could do with a few more sun beds too, currently only 5.

Very nice and clean apartment but slow internet connection

the location and the view are just great. just 1 minute away from the beach. the pool is just perfect. the apartment we got was small but big enough to be comfortable. it was super clean and got everything you need to spend a nice holiday time by the beach.

the internet connection is very very slow. making impossible to watch a movie on Netflix or any streaming service. and hard to work or even use a computer online.

Good location - right on the beach and near the mud baths. Big pool, Friendly Reception.

Minimal equipment - e.g. no washing powder for clothes (even on request). Minimal dish detergent. Hotel a bit jaded

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the location!

The location was great, as was very close to the beach and ameneties! The balcony view was excellent, and the facilities very good, and the staff very polite and helpful! Very good value for money and we will definitely return and recommend to friends and family!

Although the apartment was generally very clean, a little more attention could be paid to the thick dust on almost all of the skirting board tiles around the apartment! Also if possible secondry glazing to the window and patio doors would be useful in order to keep out nightime traffic which was very appaarent during the dead of night!

Very good

The hotel is next to the beach. Everything in the room was comfortable and all equipment worked: washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, extractor fan in the kitchen. There were towels, clothes dryer, all necessary utensils, including openers, knives and a coffee maker. Cleaning was 3 times a week. Everything was good.

The studio was without a balcony. The safe in the room diid't work, the reception said so throughout the hotel. You can not leave documents and money there when you go to the beach, we kept them in the friends' house.

We were disappointed in quality of the decor and facilities provided. However the location was great.

The property is in a great location and has a pool onsite, which the kids enjoyed.

The amenities were very basic and the decor looked like it hadn’t been updated in the last 20 years. If we used the air conditioner at the same time as the oven, the power went off. The condensed water run off from the air conditioner emptied into the bidet. There was no kettle or toaster. The top bunk had no safety rail. The WiFi was so slow it was unusable, I couldn’t even check my emails.

restful, with beautiful location and views

Location was perfect. parking worked great but when busy difficult to get a spot. view from room was beautiful. Room compact but very good value for money

second bedroom was tiny. Apartment was compact but after a day or so we realised that it was good enough for short stay

Great place to stay.

The property is situated very close to the seafront. There of lots of beach bars, restaurants and a couple of supermarkets close by. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen. WiFi worked well.

The swimming pool was closed and doesn't open until late June. It said check in was 5 o clock but they did let us check in at 4.15. We hung around for nearly another hour before this waiting for time, to check in. The man did say we could have checked in earlier.

The location was perfect. Close to the beach and park for the kids. Also quick walk to the salt frills and mud baths.

Disappointing

We came on non travel season. The entire building was empty, and it wasn't nice filling. Outside view was nice, but again no tourist, no people on the street was like this small tourist place is dead after covid-19 time. They had parking basement that cost 5€/day.

The apartment was not cleaned there was dust, and entire apartment that we got smell like smoke (hass). The beds wasn't comfortable.

We would consider using Aguas Salinas in future.

The room was very good value and well equipped. The kitchen cam in very handy. We had a good view from our balcony.

The swimming pool wasn't available when we wanted to use it on a number of occasions.

Nice and quiet and the view from the balcony was looking onto mud lakes and Flamingos.

Location was 50mtrs from the beach and bars and restuarants,on arrival at the appt the hosts had left a goody bag for our dog which included a water bowl,pooh bags and a toy.Goes a long way for dog lovers.

Nothing to dislike.
