The breakfast and the welcome staff were incredible. The view from the hotel is also lovely, but the beach is not as close as one would desire.
The wifi only works in certain parts of the hotel. The noise from the deck and other hotels having parties or shows.

Close to beach and easy to parking for free.
Bathroom was very dirty, bath was grimy, with hair and mould. Food was cold and juice with very poor quality.

We've always had a nice vacation there when in Gandia. They were kind enough to let us use the pool from the neighbor hotel from the same group. Everything was as expected :)

The bed was comfortable. We had a nice view from our long balcony.
The precautions taken against the coronavirus were impressive.
The staff at breakfast, lunch, and the bar were helpful and friendly.
We didn't get the bathtub mentioned for the room we chose. Since we had walked in to the room and possibly contaminated it we didn't ask for another room.

Everything at the hotel was very good, the location is close by the city. The hotel staff are very friendly and nice! There is one girl at the reception, her name is Sara, she is nice, sweet and very professional, she speaks very good English and she's so helpfull in everything you ask.
