Dolphin beach is super 👌

The hotel itself is very average but the pool and jacuzzi and private beach are fantastic. What makes the hotel special is the staff. Phenomenal service.

We were not informed bout the hotel not having a generator and we sat in the dark most of our trip. We couldn't use anything and all our food went off we did ask questions bout why there isn't a generator and why we weren't informed and got dirty looks from who I assume was the supervisor. We loved dolfin Beach and went for our anniversary but the trip was ruined. Even the restaurant closed for load shedding and couldn't make most dishes. So I am very disappointed. Because it wasn't cheap and it was a special occasion. And I messaged the hotel 3 times a few days before and they never got back to me

The beach view, clean place quiet place, friendly staff, also faithful security outside the yard I forget my iPhone outside for a day I find it handed to reception, I couldn't believe, they are so very faithful, and always checking and patrolling day and night. Towels changed everyday and shower room scraped every day,their bed are so very comfortable we enjoyed everything.

I was happy I didn't see any mistakes

everything completely outdated, cracks everywhere, holing pipes, no good ventilation- everything looks like from the 80s, quite a hassle to get to apartment with heavy luggage as a lot of steps

The food at the Blowfish restaurant was incredible

The carpets are old and unhygienic

Beautiful views. Accommodation and furnitures were perfect.

There was a wedding party in the restaurant playing extremely loud music till midnight and the restaurant was right opposite our door. We had just landed in South Africa so we were exhausted and just wanted to sleep but couldn’t till the music stopped. There was also a resident mouse in the apartment so there were droppings under the bed. The hairdryer needs replacing as it was very sticky. A scissor in the kitchen would have been helpful. A safe large enough to keep a laptop would have been perfect.

Most things (tatty, unfriendly check-in) but especially the lack of a plan B for loadshedding (that happened 3 times when I was there). No rechargeable light, no candles, nothing. The bathroom was pitch dark.

Everything about the place is so good, from the staff with a welcoming smile and good service, the cleanliness, bedding, bathrooms and garden. Thank you for your good service

Lovely hotel in excellent location with onsite restaurant. Our room was super-spacious with a lovely balcony. Well planned bathroom was en-suite but also easily accessible to guests.

Our view of Table Mountain was obscured by a cabana in front of our room. Kitchen not ideally equipped for self-catering - only a very small microwave and a hot plate. No generator to deal with loadshedding.

The breakfast was excellent
