our room was so dated and the cleaning staff are supposed to come around every 2nd day you wouldn’t notice them being there

the location was excellent it was the saving grace of the property, close to all the bars, restaurant and right on the beach front.

the rooms were rough and unclean. broken light switches, dirty walls that need a good paint as covered in stains and hand prints, balcony needs a major update not somewhere you could sit and relax as dirty and dreary. patio door to balcony was half broken, kept getting jammed and lock wasn’t working properly. room was not cleaned properly on check in as found other woman’s hair on bathroom floor, remote for tv was coated in dust and sticky and over all the whole room was grubby. beds could do with an upgrade as felt like they could give away when tossing and turning. I was shocked at the poor standard of the room considering most reviews on here are good and room was not cheap. these apartments could do with a good update. insects and even a lizard welcomed us when we checked in. would not use the kitchenette as too small, outdated and grubby aswell. noise is a big problem too if you are staying here over the weekend be aware it is full of stags and hens and any noise echo’s through the whole hotel and walls are paper thin. was kept up two night from drunk people shouting and trying to get into rooms.

They could probably do with some hooks in the bathroom for towels and PJ's etc as everything had to go on the floor! Fridge needed defrosting and was very noisy in the middle of the night, so with no door between the kitchen and bedroom it kept you awake

Great location,plenty of sunbeds available , friendly staff

Stayed 4 nights, room was only cleaned once during this ,left with no towels when this was done, room key stopped working a number of times and had to keep going to reception to have reset.

Was promised free taxi from the airport. Told it would come at 11.06 waited till 11.20. Got phonecall at 11.35 to say taxi was waiting. We didnt wait as feeling unwell. Left airport at 11.25. Not impressed!!

Great hotel so central to everything so relaxing cant fault anything about this hotel we will definitely be back soon

clean and well refurbished

kitchen tiny but it was just an overnight stay and a microwaved lasagne to eat did me fine. Noisy air con/heater units from adjacent hotel

The reception staff were very friendly. The room was clean so I praise highly the cleaning team.

The glazing rattled in the high winds. The decorating was poor. There were no plates or bowls in the kitchen. The sofa bed was uncomfortable and it boasts sleeping for 4 so poor whoever gets the sofa bed and there was only a dustpan and brush available for cleaning. After 15 mins trying to tune the television all I managed to get was 1 Spanish programme, set in Spain, dubbed in Spanish, which I found hilarious and not the promise of Satellite TV that I was expecting.

Location was perfect. Very close to the marina. Beautiful large grounds and pool. Kitchen facilities and room cleaning worked perfectly together. Taxi rank located just outside hotel.

Only...No blind in the kitchen to block out sun.
