The breakfast was fabulous. Wide variety of protein, fruit, juices, breads. A great wait to charge up.

Location is Great, It's close to everywhere. This is a boutique hotel and looks interesting from inside. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good.

The towels are in bed condition and must be replaced. The coffee machine in the (dinning area) was out of order during our stay (5 nights) so the coffee served was not good.

Air conditioning could have been cooler. It was warm when we stayed. Could benefit from brighter lighting in the bathroom.

The bathroom was not cleaned well, there was hair in the shower, also, they can be more tolerable on the guests finishing their breakfast after 10, it feels like they are bouncing us out at exactly 10 o’clock. They can take out the food so you cannot eat more, but let people finish what they started.

Unique decor and atmosphere

I expected a small room.. but this was so small that two people could barely move around each other.

The hotel was very well maintained. It showed much of ships and navigation pieces and books, which is very museum-like. Unique!

We asked a question of bed type as soon as we checked-in the room and waited an hour for answer. Because we did not want to bother extra cleaning, we just stood in the room for the whole hour, and the staff kept saying they would answer in a minute!

Friendly staff, especially the guy who welcomed us when we arrived about 1am after a delayed flight. Thoughtfully designed room, super-comfortable bed, and a nice welcoming touch of a digestif on the first night. We enjoyed the hotel's 'museum' aspects, with all the items collected from Stockholm's sea-faring past. The location could not be better, very near the main sites and a short walk from a metro station. The breakfast is also fabulous: lovely fresh ingredients, a wide range of choice, and pretty good coffee.

There's hardly anything to say -- I guess a couple of drawers to put things in would have been useful. And it was disappointing not to be able to eat in either of the hotel restaurants, which were fully booked. That's a tribute to their success, of course, but it might be an idea to say on the website to book in advance if you'd like dinner. There are plenty of good other options nearby, though, and the hotel was helpful with recommendations.

The attitude of the one lot of bar staff needs some work vs. the team led by the bar keeper with tattoos. It was just chalk and cheese. Nothing was too much for him and his team.

great location in Gamla Stan with plenty of restaurants nearby. The property itself was fantastically decorated and felt very safe. The food at breakfast was a good variety and the bar made excellent drinks. We really liked the fun touches like the welcome night cap and temporary tattoos.

I had asked for a vegan breakfast bur there was only oatmilk for coffee and a little of hummus. NO vegan youghurt, no vegan warm dishes etc.

I booked a Deluxe Double Room in this hotel for 4 nights. Price was £1.067 or SEK 13.200. It was advertised as very nice cosy room with historic marine thematic. After booking Hotel sent me conformation exactly with this picture from their website and what I paid for. It was big room with two windows with high ceiling. When I arrived I asked receptionist to show me room. She simply refused. After a short argument about this (because it was quiet unusual to get such refusal) she gave me key and said on what floor it was. When I saw the room it was obvious that it had nothing with picture from website. It was smaller very dark under the roof (mansarda type) with one narrow window and different design. I comeback to receptionist and said that it was not room I paid for! She said it was only what was left!

1. I came in hotel from airport by taxi. When I just went out of car we both taxi driver and me smelled any very unpleasant smell of fried fish. I don't know what they do in this area but this smell everywhere around this hotel. 2. It was night time about 20 pm. It was very noisy in hotel. I asked receptionist why it was so noisy? Because there are two restaurants in it! I looked inside one of them and it was full of men with red faces after not one strong drink! Impression was very unpleasant for hotel where you expect to have rest after long journey and full day of sightseeing!
