Very clean hotel, huge lobby. Room was fine and clean. Breakfast was nice. A bit out centered so no problem with loud people outside at night. Quiet hotel in general, all the public places were very neat. 24/7 fitness with a few cardio machines and some free weights

Great view, perfect location in walking distance of many possibility's, marvelous breakfast.

Parking a bit expensive. Perhaps also for next; if a woman travels alone with her kid, do not give them a room with a common door to the next room. We barely slept as the guests next door came in at 2am and left again around 6am, making really loud noises and we even heard them snore through the common door. Just a suggestions.

Very spacious rooms and the restaurant and breakfast were very good.

The location is average and there are very little options re restaurants around the hotel

the room was bigger than expected as was the bathroom, they were both very clean. the fact the gym was included with the stay was a nice touch (unfortunately we didn’t use it due to a 3 night stay) the private garden that guests can use is also a great feature to the property, finally the downstairs shop was extremely convenient (was a tad pricey but the convenience made up for this)

we had zero dislikes with the property :)

Excellent Hotel. 5 minutes walking distance from Nord Brussels train station. Very easy to travel to Bruges & Ghent bt train. Excellent location. Very clean hotel. Friendly staff. Absolutely value for money

A bit far from the centre if to be reached by walking

Very convenient location - 5 minutes walk to the Nord train station and 10 - 15 minutes walk to the city center and main sightseeings. Quite comfortable if you plan to travel by train to another cities, like Bruges, Gent, Antwerp. In general rather safe, calm and good looking district, surrounded with the modern business centers and living quartals. Very nice and attentive stuff! Despite hotel is not new it has quite a spacious rooms with the high beds and big mirror in the bathroom. Room cleaning was every day! Bottle of water and tea/coffee amenities in the room were renewed each day, that was quite useful. We had really good vacation also because of the hotel choice!

Rooms sound isolation could be better, but it's ok when hotel is not full.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the rooms are very spacious, the lobby is beautiful and the staff were very helpful. While not in the city centre, it is easy to walk and very close to the train station which makes getting anywhere very easy.

The rooms are a little bit tired and could use some work. Fresh paint, new furniture etc. There is no mini fridge in the room and there are very few restaurants nearby.

They have snacks counter and spacious, comfortable room.

I had to pay city tax twice which was €8.48. It was already included in the total price when I booked it but then they charged me again of the same amount as prepayment. In short, I paid additional €8.48. Second, the breakfast a day was €20 and another €20 to charge if you decide to store your bag. Quiet expensive and the most unclean big hotel I've ever been - bad moldy smell from the bathroom after taking a shower and tiles lining are all black. I'm not going back to this hotel.

Everything was perfect.

Staff was friendly and the lobby looked nice, the location is near a train station which is helpful getting around the city. It's also a walkable distance from the main tourist attractions

The room wasn't very clean and it was boiling hot, I couldn't sleep from the heat. The heating was full on in the bathroom, while the air conditioning wasn't working AND couldn't even be set to lower than 18C. I am originally from Cyprus and couldn't breathe from how hot the room was
