The location was fantastic, so close to everything. The staff were helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the food was lovely and the fresh. It was surrounded by shops, eateries and attractions, all very easily accessible by foot or public transport. Train and tram a few minutes walk away. The lake at the bottom of the street. Just perfect for sightseeing.

Because the weather was so hot, the room was very hot. A fan was provided but it was still very hot at night. Just an older style hotel with no air conditioning. Unfortunate but I'd stay again because they were so friendly.

The location could not have been better. JUst opposite to the Geneva Train station. Very quick access to trains, buses and direct connection to Geneva airport by trains/buses every 15 mins. The Geneva lake and Jet d' Eau is a short 10 min walk and the Rue du Rhone is just 15 mins pleasant walk along the pictersque Geneva Lake

The size of the room was very compact and no space to open or spread our bags. Once bags are open it is difficult to navigate around the room. Room was expensive compared to the features/facilities provided

The hotel is very cosy and has an excellent location. The room pretty small however very clean and had everything in it. Very comfortable bed. The staff very helpful and nice. Offered me everything I need and asked for. The wifi was very good and I could work and have meetings online. Breakfast very good, tasty and fresh.

This hotel is very close to Geneva train station. It is also within walking distance to the main shopping street Rue De Rhone and the lake. The tram stop is also right infront of the hotel.

1.The first day of my stay on 2/1 morning, the cold milk was spoiled. My 8 year old daughter tasted it sourish. Luckily she didn’t take much. The coffee machine wasn’t working. 2 . The most disappointing thing happened was when we were checking out abt11.30am on 3/1, the person incharge was extremely rude. I wanted to know whether my office have prepaid! But apparently it was not. I have been around 2 weeks in Switzerland and my secretary always pays in advance but as for this it was for some reason the payment wasn’t deducted from my credit card. I wasn’t aware of it and was inquiring about it. However it doesn’t mean I can’t inquire about it. The person at the reception said if I can’t afford it, I shouldn’t have stayed. Whilst I was talking to my office, the reception was harassing me to pay or lock me in🤬. The management must get this staff that working on that day immediately sacked or your reputation will go down the drain. The hospitality of Swiss went down the drain in my opinion. All other places I have stayed as booking.com can check, all went well superbly except here!!! I expect an answer from the property or management of this hotel for this incident

Hotel is in a good location staff always helpful

Hoping to eat here on newyears Eve but the restaurant was closed, we were not told the restaurant was closed when we booked. Our room nothing was replemish like a small piece of soap, no coffee replaced shower attachments , and it kept moving when trying to shower

- Friendliness of staff - A few staff were friendly, however others were snobbish and unfriendly - Smelled like cigarette smoke in the common areas. - When the windows were closed, the room was very warm and stuffy. When the windows were opened, the city noise was loud and unpleasant. - Sound insulation was poor. When someone was skipping in the room above you at 6am, the sounds through the ceiling were very audible.

Good location. train station is 1min of walk, and nearby there are conutless shops and restaurants, you will never get bored staying here! Room is relatively small but clean and comfot. Breakfast is okay only though, not many options for you in the buffet. the night shift staff was extremely helpful and friendly! However, one thing we felt really confused is that: when we checked out, the first trial of payment by my visa card failed becuase there was not enough money inside. After transferring the money from my account into it by my smartphone immediately, I would like to give it a second try, and suddenly, the staff in the reception tried to snatch my credit card away! I was so shocked and confused so that I firmly grasped my card via my fingers. I asked her why she suddenly wanted to snatch my card away (and yes, non of us lost hold of the card at that moment), she said she wanted to check if I used another card. I said okay and took the card to in front of her face so that she could see the card number clearly, but still, she tried to snatch my credit card away despite the fact that the card was just 30cm from her eyes and she could definitely checked if the card was the same one! After failing to snatch the card from my hand, her words and gestures showed as if she met really weird people, which made us really really confused. Excuse me, this is MY credit card, and of course I have NO REASON to give it to a person I never met before, and not even know the name, even if they are staffs in the hotel.
