Wonderful location in the mountains. Silence and nature. Very useful to families. Very kind staff. Excellent cleaning.

The beds were fold away beds, hard and uncomfortable, I did not like the beds.

fantastic facilities - it was like having an apartment with a toaster, cooker, fridge, microwave etc. A nice view as well. good value for money and I would recommend to anyone who is staying in and around the area. a nice area as well with the local bakery being a good source of breakfast.

the pillows were almost impossible to sleep on- has to use a blanket as well. not very accessible - a 30m train had to be taken to get to the next proper town.

Clean and bright room. Wooden furniture created a nice atmosphere. Staffs were really helpful and kind.

It is a very smart decision. 1 day before check-in they block 350 CH on my bank account as a guarantee of the order in the room during my visit. I received # of our room by sms. When we arrived, there was a stick with my name on the door, and the key was inside the room. The next morning I visited reception and filled in documents. Check out the same. We put the key on the table and went out. The hotel is situated close to the train station. This is so cozy, quiet, and comfortable accommodation. I completely recommend 100%.

The apartment was super clean. It is located in a very quiet area. The walls are sound proof. There are some restaurants in walking distance (less than 500m). One of has take-away food.

The dishwasher was broken. Instead of replacing/repairing it, the management decided to stick a note on it that says "out of order". The place could generally do with some makeover here and there.
