At the Center of KL.
Near masjid Asy-Syakirin, the Iftar Harmoni event that I attended. Many restaurants and convenient stores around.

All staff are approachable and friendly. Nice beautiful lobby. Reasonable room size with complete amenities.
Parking lots are a bit limited. Lucky I got parking space.
I didn't take the iftar or sahur package - cannot comment on the food taste. Maybe next time.
There was no lift from the underground parking to the lobby.

I like the atmosphere in the room, and the bed! I fell in love with the room the moment i step into the room. It also has a direct access to the pool.
The wall tiles in the bathroom seems lack of maintenance. The shower head was also broken.

Das beste an dem Hotel ist seine Lage. KLCC, Petronas Towers fußläufig erreichbar. Blick auf Petronas Towers.
Die Lobby wirkt noch recht einladend, aber die Badezimmer in einigen Zimmern gehen gar nicht! Schmutzig, Badewanne völlig zerkratzt, alter Duschvorhang, wirkte alles nicht sonderlich hygienisch. Im Zimmer roch es außerdem sehr muffig. Nach Beschwerde bekamen wir ein anderes Zimmer, Badezimmer war etwas besser, aber auch nicht top, der muffige Geruch war genauso wie im ersten Zimmer. Check-in hat extrem lange gedauert.

The bathrooms are in desperate need of refurbishment, other than that the rest of the room and hotel was fine. It is good to see the lobby bar open again - closed for too long and makes the place feel like a real international hotel again.

Location was great.
Absolutely horrible hotel. The only thing that is good is the location.
Rooms are dirty, old, have stale odour, really in need for renovation.
Breakfast is overpriced, dining area dirty.
Staff is unfriendly, almost rude and you feel unwelcome.
You only get one towel at the pool area per room, so make sure to bring your own with you. We where four in two separate rooms so we only got two towelS.
Terrible experience, no way to rest or relax, overpriced and most definitely not a four star hotel.

Appreciate a normal shower instead of bathtub. Secondly the rooms facing the street is rather noisy. Needs a soundproof Glass panel.

Reception staff, deception with the cost of the hotel, the price is higher than indicated when booking, the old room, 1 socket for the entire room, the staff at the reception did not issue a check, they wrote off 2 amounts in a row for booking from the card by mistake of the hotel

The staff are friendly.
1. The pillows aren't comfortable. It is too low, causing neck pain after a night if sleeping.
2. The bathtub need of maintainance. The handles are wobbly, it is a fall hazard risk, may cause slip and fall injury. There is rust spots inside the tub. May cause wound injury.
3. The location of swimmimg pool is too far off from the room. Not suitable to walk to room after swimming.
4. The selection food is mediocre.
5. Ive been priced for RM410+ at the hotel meanwhile in the booking app stated RM340+. Price in app should shown the exact amount. For RM410 priced room it is not worth the money.

The location is unmatched. The hotel room and facilities were great. Not too much crowd at this time of the year, so it was a peaceful city getaway for us.
I thought the breakfast spread has reduced tremendously from before Covid. There used to be more options. This time it was pretty simple and the taste was not too great either.

room was very spacious. my room was facing to the swimming pool. the breakfast quite delicious but maybe in the future must have nasi lemak. my room also facing with klcc.

Great location. Pool was good, breakfast was good.
A plate of food on the floor outside the front door from when we arrived on Saturday at 2pm until Sunday ...Still there when we booked out of the hotel on Sunday
