Vse, prav vse, je bilo popolno in čudovito. Izjemna lokacija, čudovito, prijazno in ustrežljivo osebje, odlična hrana in pijača, krasno vreme.

Fully inclusive was excellent quality. You could get food from 9 different places and some of it 24 hours. The poolside pancakes were yummy. Plenty of sunbeds and you could ask for more from the store roo . Reception staff incredibly helpful and waiters inside the main restaurant lovely and attentive. Lovely and close to the stunning town.

The indoor pool should have been heated almost nobody used it and the outdoor pool was cold too - but bearable once in with the sun on you. One breakfast we had the "breakfast police" lady at the door refusing to let us in 1 minute late claiming they were clearing up but they weren't. The Asian restaurant got very booked as few tables but no ambience or Asian decor in there and the staff could have been more attentive. Asian menu a nit sparse. Beach mostly too windy but other side of island no wind. Pillows a bit hard and too spongy.

We came for a family vacation, I booked two rooms, in practice there were always malfunctions, it started with the air conditioner and the beds were not repaired, they moved us to a room, then there were continuous power and water cuts, we arrived at a refugee hotel because of the fire and we slept everywhere in the hotel outside. .

Staff were very friendly and attentive, location was great and the facilities were as described. Lots of choice for food.

Entertainment could have been better, room would shake when music was playing downstairs, pools were quite small and beds got taken quickly, me and my girlfriend both got food poisoning.

Close to the city center, it has its own beach, friendly staff, encore rock band and jersey tones were amazing. They provide slippers and bathrobes for each room. Reception is available for all your requests.

Structure is very old. Room's decoration is very old fashioned. Bed is not comfortable and very old, elevator's air conditioning does not work, bathtub had a very ugly and old curtain. Overall the hotel really needs a renovation. The other big problem is food. It is not tasty and usually very salty (very surprising because the average age of the guests in this hotel is 50+). The variety of the food is also poor. They serve chicken, beef, pork, fish, vegetables, rice, pasta and they are always the same. One day chicken has a sauce, one day not. But mainly you get the almost same recipe and taste over and over every day which is really disappointing. Things that had sauce on them were really soaked, you don't get the simple flavour of the food but just this untasty sauce. The desserts section is also very bad. The only exception is traditional greek desserts but other than this all desserts taste like pure sugar and butter with no flavour. Another horror, the orange juice! It is definitely diluted to start with but also it is not fresh orange juice. It is some kind of powder mix which might contain a bit of real orange juice but what you taste is really artificial. Eating in this hotel makes your stomach full but leaves you unsatisfied all the time. All inclusive concept in 5 star hotel shouldn’t be just eating limitlessly unhealthy and untasty food but it should be a pleasant experience which was obviously lacking.
