Room is spacious. By the way, it would be grateful if bathroom can be renovated to be more beautiful such as bathroom door, bathtub and shower curtain.

the hotel is nice and the rooms are very large. The staff around the hotel are polite too. The location is excellent. The hotel also has 2 large pool areas and a young kids pool as well. The breakfast was very good too.

Some of the rooms were very noisy. Some guests like to gather in big groups and hang out in one room resulting in it being very noisy at times.

The staff are very friendly and helpful at all times. The view from the room is great and the room itself is very comfortable.

The toilet in the bathroom was similar to what you would see in a small childs school bathroom, very lowdown and in quite a confined space, not what you would expect from a good hotel.

The breakfast looked poor value for money at 750 bhat per person given so many cheap restaurants within a two minute walk.

The location was good and price was reasonable.

We started out our trip at the check in where the staff was not helpful at all and also made a grumpy face the whole time while checking us in. The same person checked us out as well. He’s good at what he does no doubt cuz he helped us upgrade one room but a smile wouldn’t hurt. The other staff like the pool bar tender was amazing. He really was sweet. Took extra care of us and even was friendly to all the kids.

Beautiful hotel and gardens. The service is excellent, friendly staff, and delicious food.

What would have made it perfect is a softer bed.

Staff were excellent throughout the hotel. We had a City view room on the 8th floor of the main building and it was a good sized room with no noise pollution. Great location between 2nd Road and Beach road and on the bhat bus route. Breakfast was okay, not the best but not the worst.

Drinks by the pool were very expensive even for a couple of cokes. I don't know why hotels do this but just tell me the price of a drink etc. Please don't show a price and then when you get the bill it's a lot more because you've added service charge and taxes! Just show the FULL price on the menu because that's what I'm going to pay.

The location is very nice.

Run down hotel with loads of Indian guests. Breakfast was ok, but coffee was terrible. Get some from the 7-Eleven next door. The staff overall was very friendly; except for the girl at the receptions and the guys at the coffee machine.

Location is great and very central, staff was very helpful and efficient, price is competitive.

AC extremely noisy and I had a water leak from the AC on my 4th night at the hotel. It was fixed and resolved promptly but still very noisy AC.

bathroom are very small … especially shower area in tub … one cannot stand properly and take bath … and also the elevators not working properly and very small and slow….

The location was excellent. The facilities were good.

The room was old we had to step into the bath to shower. Old sheets were put on our bed with holes in them. Room wasn't cleaned very good. Some staff including a security guard were not nice.

Only minor things but...No sockets next to bed. Very poor TV channel selection. Couldn't adjust Aircon so had to turn off. Bed side lights are to bright. Small balcony.

Location is a good, facilities and room. Close to Central Festival Mall. Nice lobby and friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Bed was not comfortable, gave me a sore back. Laundry expensive, had a half dozen undies washed and it was 20 dollars. Overall I would say it's a decent hotel but slightly overpriced for what it is.
