Resort atmosphere and facilities. Nice pools. Helpful, friendly staff. Located across the road from the beach and handy to all the shops and restaurants. Comfortable room with good aircon and verandah facing the trees

The first room offered was on the ground floor and had a nasty drain smell. However, we were cheerfully offered rooms on the second and third floor with no smell issues.

We loved the family bunk room, it was perfect for us. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful. Location was right across from the beach, although not really a swimming beach. Heaps of eateries close by and the famous night market under 10 mins walk. Beds were comfy and the air con super cold. Staff friendly.

Our package included breakfast and dinner. Dinner was a la carte (I thought it was buffet style) which was a bit limiting for a vegetarian. There wasn’t a vegetarian entree or main so I had to request different food which they weren’t happy about. Would have preferred a buffet style dinner.

Micul dejun foarte bun. Barul din piscină foarte frumos și piscină de asemenea. Mâncare foarte bună și camerele de familie foarte frumoase!!! 5 minute pe jos de Night Market!

I liked the customer relationship manager who managed our complaint about the first room that we were attributed to. He gave us an upgraded room, after the first night. If we had to stay for the whole staying in that first room the hotel would have received a very bad rating from me. We paid for a better room but we got in the beginning a room that was unbearable from the smell (reason unknown to me). After the upgrade in a different building I can honestly say that the rest of the staying was fabulous and was worth the money we paid.

I dont recommend to include the dinner. the choice is limited and almost nobody made use of that option. Anyhow it is better to go out and eat in the street, as almost everywhere in Thailand.

The rooms are very spacious. The beds are quite firm however a mattress topper is on the bed, I had to request another topper. The rooms were relatively clean but I think now getting a little tired, the sliding doors for the bathroom broken and coming off tracks. Good shower and warm water. Initially we were in a room With an interconnecting door. You can hear everything, the people next door kept us awake most of the night going out and then bringing girls back. We were then moved to a room without a door. That night we had to ring reception on two occasions because the people above let their kids run up and down the room screaming etc! This went on beyond 12am. The next night it was quiet. Loved the pool area and swim up bar are brilliant!!! We had food from The pool bar which was excellent. There are sunbeds but people put towels in them early to reserve and then didn’t turn up till about 1pm! We had breakfast which was really good. And had coffee in the afternoon at the bar. There’s plenty of bars and restaurants if you walk left out of the hotel.

There’s no negatives really about the hotel. However it’s worth to note that the Nopharat beach out front is not really swimmable due to it being green murky water, it also has rocks which you can’t see. There aren’t any sunbeds either. If it wasn’t for the pool at the hotel I probably wouldn’t stay here.
