Comfortable room in lovely location in centre of town with decent food

Billing system not great but all sorted out in the end.

Nice large room and big comfy bed. Good beer.

Not all staff were super friendly, but most were okay. Some staff still in training, but they have to learn.

Very positive experience. Staff completely met all our needs and offered more. Food was great, room was cosy as described, but clean and comfortable. We never intended to reside in the room all day!

You can hear other guests passing by, doors slamming and movement above, but you're sharing space with others and it's to be expected

Great staff! It is a vibrant pub and restaurant with good accommodation.

lovely comfortable room nice big bathroom with large walk in shower with plenty of hot water really nice food for dinner and an excellent breakfast for really good reasonable price staff where really helpful attentive and very friendly

The room was spacious and clean

I booked The Suite on the pretence that we were getting an extra-large bed (181-210cm wide)as listed on the room description,the actual bed was a 5' king , not!!!!!what we paid for ,"SLEEP COMFORT" The room is overpriced at £170 with no breakfast inc and (booking.com)has taken the booking on false advertising\information.It still states on the website an extra large bed, so beware):yet to be updated Only one of the 4 radiators in the suite were working so when getting back to the room that evening it was cold. I have emailed the manager Simon as of the 16th April and have had no reply from him which is again very poor customer relations as an explanation and feedback would be appreciated.
