The room was very clean and spacious. Although it was very quiet for us I can imagine it could be quite noisy during the working week as it is near the M6 motorway. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and efficient.

There was nothing we didn't really like.

Paying for parking £6 per day- have no choice as no other alternative Now you also have to pay to use pool and sauna which is not stated on your site Also last entry to pool at 6.30 as shuts at 7 Was too hot unable to sleep left hotel at 4.30 am to return home Everything seems an extra cost!!

Comfy beds/clean room/ cookie on arrival although ours were soggy/nice relaxed music in lobby/eco friendly-only cleaned rm and changed towels if requested.

The lifts were a bit dirty as was the spa facilities and I asked for quiet twin rm in top 4th floor which turned out to be a double so had to move to 3rd floor...thankfully still fairly quiet room..staff were nice though. In car park broken wind shield glass.

Netjes, hondvriendelijk. Mooi hotel.

Bij aankomst werkte onze betaalkaart niet bij de receptie, bij de bar wel ( en in de rest van de UK ook) We moesten erg lang wachten en werden van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd. Hun probleem maar pinnen bij de bar mocht niet. Advies loop naar de pinautomaat, wat 20 minuten lopen bleek inclusief een gevaarlijke weg oversteken. Diner op zondag geen optie, beperkte kaart aan de bar. Ontbijt tot 11 uur was om half 11 niet meer te krijgen.

The Hotel is located close the the M6 and M69 at Coventry and is easy to find. It is in a business district and the roads around it lack character. Our room was remote, so it was quiet and it was also roomy.

Some of the car park was flooded and didn't drain overnight and it is possible this could catch an unsuspecting guest out. We also had a great deal of difficulty with warming our room during a cool spell in March. The heating control seemed faulty but other reviews indicate this may be a common problem at this hotel. The room temperature spoiled our stay and I don't feel the room price is reasonalbe.

Service at breakfast very poor waited 10 minutes for bread,glassses on bottom shelve have to bebd down for them,plates hidden unable to allocate ,was not offered tea or coffee . Staff never smiled . Spa very basic needs upgradeing.

Lovely hotel who accept pets which was really our driver for staying as we were taking part in Crufts.

Housekeeping didn't visit our room so we ran out of the courtesy tea, coffee and our bin was full.

It was a little difficult to eat. I came just me and my dog and I completely understand that she couldn't go in the restaurant but as she wasn't allowed in the bar area either and I could only order at the bar it was a little confusing as to how I could order. So I ended up getting my food delivered.

Really clean and tidy nice big rooms. Booked the hotel for an overnight stay for Crufts and was only an easy 30 minute drive to NEC. Staff friendly and accommodating and an added bonus dog friendly. Also not badly priced and would happily go back.

The only criticism is even though the hotel itself was reasonably priced the food and drinks were expensive and I feel overpriced.

The Staff were not prepared for our arrival. The Course I was attending started on the backfoot as a result. the course organiser also had to complain about the function rooms facilities and the quality of the lunch served. there was not enough food for all of us and it was of a very poor quality. I didn't receive a cookie on arrival either and there were dogs everywhere! I assume this was because of cruft's and I know dogs bark but when you are working or trying sleep and their are dogs barking constantly its veery disturbing.

Facilities were great, room was a good size and it was clean and tidy. The staff were very professional, kind and welcoming. And breakfast was good, some buffet breakfasts can be a bit dry and sad but the food at Double Tree's was fresh and of good quality.

Car park was flooded so it was difficult to find a space without getting wet feet. I wasn't on the list for breakfast in the morning which lead to an embarrassing wait and conversation with the receptionist.

Location of the hotel is great for links. Reception area all lovely and staff on reception helpful and friendly etc

We've stayed here many times before and always loved it, but standards have dropped. Went to use the leisure facilities there were no towels available, it was tiny and not very clean in the ladies group changing rooms (there was no private changing), so we didn't bother. I was very kindly offered a complimentary room upgrade on my booking which I didn't receive - no problem really as it was unexpected anyway, but why then offer it. Food in the hotel restaurant was very expensive and just warm temperature, not hot, very disappointing for the cost. Had a walk around the hotel grounds before bed and staff were smoking 'substances'!!! In cars on breaks, which stunk. Breakfast had a good range available, but similar to evening meal, luke warm food. Shame as we've stayed here on and off for a good few years and would always have previously recommended, there was also a parking charge of £12 for the night which we've never paid before and wasn't mentioned on booking. Room was very clean but uncomfortable bed and pillows, but very clean and well presented
