Hotel is really clean. Staff really helpful and friendly.
No lift to upstairs, so have to carry the suitcase up.

Dinner in Lokky’s restaurant was excellent
a lift would have been good but member of staff very kindly helped us upstairs with luggage

Dog friendly rooms could do with being updated to match the nicer de luxe rooms - or allow dogs to stay in those too.

The only let down was the rain would of been nice to enjoy a beer or Two in the lovely garden

Excellent English breakfast with plenty of variety. Every request was carried out cheerfully and swiftly. Very friendly staff.
In the bathroom therecouldhave been a rail to hold in the shower. I felt a little insecure there.

Loved the staff, so friendly and attentive. Location was great. Decor was amazing, you could tell a lot of thought had gone into making it beautiful. On site restaurant and bar was great. Breakfast each morning was SO good.
The mattress on our bed was quite uncomfortable

What a treat, friendly staff happy to go the extra mile. Greeted with a smile on reception, restaurant and through out the property by staff.
Excellent food in the restaurant for lunchtime and evening meals. And a good choices for breakfast.
Coasters in the room to prevent marking the furniture when having drinks. Limited toiletries in the room.

Nice decor and spotlessly clean
No room service. Left a sign on the door for room to be made up but nothing happened, something we have not previously experienced when staying in a hotel.

We stayed two nights but housekeeping did not clean the room after the first night

The staff were amazing. Thanks to Angela at the reception who was kind enough to arrange a good seating for breakfast considering my child with a disability. The room was really spacious, it even had a dining area which made it easier to manage feeding with the children. It was clean too! The breakfast was amazing!! It was close to local tourist attractions.

The decor of the hotel is beautiful, the room was lovely spacious and clean and the staff were amazing.
The breakfast was delicious, and it was nice having it made to order.
