Great spot Comfortable bed and most things u need

The rooms had quite a bit of outside noise coming through and the blinds didn’t block windows well and made the room bright very early

location is fabulous, Main Street , can walk everywhere

called the propety at 6.30pm as the heater wasn’t working. property manned till 7pm no call back until next day

The apartment is in a lovely suburb of Melbourne which has a metro stop about 10 minutes walk away. It takes about a half an hour on the metro to get into the city centre. The apartment is welll located on the main street of Williamstown and the ladies in reception, Kate and Vikki, are very friendly and helpful. The place is very clean throughout. The apartment had a mini kitchen, washer/dryer and a small balcony

We were located just adjacent to the hot tub area so when we opened our balcony door we could hear the noise from this area. It also limited our privacy because we could also be heard by those using the hot tub area. The apartment was more compact than we expected

The complementary crisps and chocolates were a welcome surprise

The bed was broken when I checked in, but the manager helped with a temporary fix, which was excellent
