One bed apartment had good facilities including a small kitchen area and was perfect for 3 friends staying overnight.

We stayed for 7 nights and they offered us a small room for three of us but as soon as we talk to the reception they provided us with a suitable room for the next 6 nights. We found the staff friendly accommodating and professional.

Poor cleanliness of room. The breakfast wasn't great, no jam or fried eggs.

Location and room facilities were exceptional. Breakfast was also very good but could be replenished quicker. The area is calm and feels safe. Good cafes, shops and art galleries.

The staff were very accommodating and polite but some English understanding was lacking. The queue for a table at breakfast could have been handled better by the manageress. Staff smoking outside the entrance isn't a good look.

Booking was cancelled by hotel 4 hours before we were supposed to check in. Arrived at hotel to be told it was cancelled due to maintenance issues. After they realised we had an additional booking for 5 nights our room was miraculously available. One bedroom apartment is more like a studio. Sliding door into bathroom with a one inch gap around entire door. Floors hadn’t been cleaned. Crumbs, dust everywhere. No sound proofing between apartments - heard every sound from our neighbours (5am wake-up call, coughing, etc) like they were in our apartment.

Pull out bed for 3rd adult was not made up when we returned in the evening, although we had been assured it would be. Nothing else was a concern

room space much too small only about 30cm clearance between bed and wall all round whoever fitted the electrical sockets should be ashamed. it was a grubby beige job silverfish everywhere the most rubbish so called pantry at exorbitant prices. a true rip off. no instructions available for cooker/ microwave absolutely freezing cold outside room I haven’t got time to write the rest of the list

The hotel is located close to many nice bars and restaurants. We did all the sightseeing by foot. Even though located so centrally, it was rather quiet during the night. The breakfast was very good.

We had to switch rooms as our toilet was broken. Even though we mentioned the problem before leaving the hotel for the evening, when we returned the problem was neither fixed nor a new room prepared. We had to wait over an hour in the middle of the night for our new room. Also the rooms in general look rather used. Little things such as three little towels for three people were missing. We only had three big towels and two small towels.
