The location of the room 2 bed apartment at the furtherest back corner for the price at least have a view and better location Accessing the parking which we were charged 15$ for and then trying to access the hotel required a map cut lunch and a water bottle what a horrible design

Relaxing, fun holiday with lots to see and do in comfortable surroundings.

Our original room had no view so we asked for a better room location as we were staying a week. Reception kindly responded with an ideal room.

Very good

I have already sent an email citing how great the staff were. They were all polite and very helpful. And the fact that they sent up a complimentary bottle of wine and a cheese platter on my birthday was a lovely surprise. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location but the hotel needs work.

The staff were friendly but the procedures need improvement. They obviously didn't use a check list to top up tea bags, dishwashing tablets, washing machine detergent. The rooms were cleaned well, but the oven wasn't clean and the kitchen had ants for the entire week.

We ordered room service but didn't know the prices didn't include a $4 charge every time they came to our room. Should have mentioned this upfront.
