Great location, friendly staff! Room was cosy, clean and bed comfortable. Had everything you needed for a quick overnight stay :)
Rooms type we had was small and a little dated but for the price that’s not really an issue..

Reception staff - very welcoming and friendly. Good secure off site parking available after 5 pm. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Handy location. Despite proximity to pub across the street the room was very quiet. Would definitely stay there again. Close to many restaurants, bars and cafes and the market.
The door in the stair well on 1st floor banged shut alot as a sporting team on our floor constantly went up and down the stairs. We probably wouldnt have noticed however our room was directly opposite the stair well. In fairness I should add this did not go on for hours just for a while as they were coming and going. Probably just a small job for the maintenance man.

The location was fantastic, it was nice and close to the waterfront (hence the name) so close to Salamanca Wharf and Constitution Dock. Easy transport from the airport as the bus stop for the Sky Bus is about 50 meters from the hotel entrance. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and everything is within easy walking distance. A great spot to stay if you're visiting Hobart.
Unfortunately the air conditioner in the room made a groaning/clunking sound that made it difficult to sleep with it on. The weather was mild so this was not a massive problem but it left the room a little stuffy. I raised it with the hotel staff and it was listed to be repaired.

Excellent location right on the Hobart wharf area. We were able to walk everywhere. There were lots of great restaurants and bars close by and a short walk to the market.
The room was small and didn't have a view.

The location was perfect! So accessible to everything in Hobart. Right on the water front , walking distance to the Salamanca market , opposite the pier to catch Ferry to Mona and hop on hop of bus , and lots of restaurants. Highly recommend
The bed was not great , the mattress needed to be replaced it was very lumpy, like hard springs and squeaky every time I moved .
I think the room needs heavy drapes on the windows to block the noise of the street ..it was very noisy in the middle of the night we could hear people screaming and partying in the street but overall for the location and price it was perfect!

If using a car there is very limited onsite parking.. street metered parking limited to 2/4 hours…. alternative 24hr car park about a 10min walk away.

the room was spacious and we were able to check in slightly early and check out slightly later (great for baby) the location is brilliant and we would return just for how convenient it was (and quite affordable). The house keeping staff were super friendly, I know totally irrelevant but nice. The washer and dryer was also convenient and free to use)
the rooms werent overly sound proof - it normally wouldnt be an issue but we did stay with a baby and over a weekend so understandably there was quite a bit of noise overnight and we really struggled with keeping baby asleep. We had reserved a cott which wasnt in the room, took a long time to come, and then was broken which wasnt ideal. They were very under staffed so you do feel for who is there and working and dont want to complain.

Big room with kitchenette. Very neat and clean
The apartments are across the road from a very busy and loud pub that play very loud music, and have very loud patrons on a Saturday night. Not ideal if you want to have a good sleep before a flight or big day of sight seeing. The walls aren't very thick either so you can hear a lot of what's going on inside the building.
Staff aren't available for very long during the day and seem run off their feet not able to help with much.
