We had a lovely rooftop terrace. The room was cleaned daily. The staff were friendly and nice. The air conditioning was good to have on the hotter days. There's a supermarket next door. Theres about 10 restaurants within 5 mins of the hotel

A large hen party group was a bit noisy and messy around the pool towards the middle of our stay there. Guests put towels on loungers and then disappear for the day - why do people do that?

- We liked just the fact that it was in Albufeira. - The woman from reception was really nice trying to solve different issues we encounter, but just her. - Free parking - Wifi good

- Breakfast was really bad. Very very limited options, and the taste was not good at all. After a few days you want to not eat always the same thing. - towels not clean and smelling bad even if they were changed. One day we took one towel at the beach and when we come back we found no towels. Reception said they put no towels anymore because we took one at the beach. Even if I was tired, I had to go in the other building where there was reception to convince them to give me towels - Very dirty hotel, I also attached some pictures. - In the building we were accommodated there were a lot of signs with 3 stars, even if we booked it because of being 4 stars. I think they accommodated us in an auxiliary free building that was 3 stars. - No shower gel after the initial one was consumed - Staff attitude worse even. They had just water on the included breakfast, so I took one Coca Cola from an open fridge close to my table thinking it’s free, but after I eat, the waiter started yelling aggressively at me that I should pay 2euros for cola. - Furniture very old, room was looking horrible. Not like in the picture.

The staff were amazing! Went above and beyond.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable but ok for price. Also having a high chair for baby would have helped.

very large room, good sized kitchen, there was 2 bathrooms and all 4 of us could stay together

Close to a beach but have to walk up and downhill to get to. Paula was the only one that spoke to our group with a smile and was genuinely accommodating.

STAFF. One in particular was SO racist!!! has clear hate for brown people. The difference of the treatment, the body language and the facial expression she gave to others and us of colour was disgusting. I asked for her name she did not give me this. She was speaking in her language with her colleague. I asked for her managers name she was reluctant to give me it then I asked her again and she sarcastically replied with ‘manager that’s his name’. RACIST absolute RACIST.

This is our second time staying at the Oceanus We are already going to book for next year
