Clean and tidy, much improved from when it was the Ibis.

Staff very accommodating; comfortable stay considering they are currently going through renovations. Fresh and aesthetically pleasing. Very comfortable beds/pillows etc.
We were in a room that could be turned into an adjoining room for families. Unfortunately, the conversations of those in the next room were easily overheard through the adjoining door. This was brought to the attention of the staff, who were going to inform the builders. Hopefully this gets sorted before the end of the renovation period. Should be an easy fix to sound-proof.

Potentially this place is going to be excellent once the renovations are done, so not fair to really rate it at the moment, staff are fantastic and I had breakfast which was great and the coffee was very good.

The best restaurant in Kununurra with extremely helpful staff. The room had an amazingly good TV. The room a/c easily dealt with the Kununurra heat.
There is a refurbishment going on but it was of no inconvenience.

I arrived injured about four hours before check in time, they had a room ready for me in half hour which I appriciated very much, carried my bags to room, collected them next day and took me to Airport.

this hotel is very run down and old with no facilities restaurant and bar as advertised we went off photos of the place but it looked nothing like it when we arrived we put Ibis Styles into our maps and we couldnt find it unknown to us it had changed ownership and changed its name to The Cambridge it would of been nice to be notified
I must say the new management were very nice trying to explain that there was going to be huge renovations happening
It would of been nice if the bar and restaurant had been open and the swimming pool was clean
the first room we went to was tiny so we asked if there was a bigger room available and we paid an extra $30 per night but we did ask for that back as we were trying to check into somewhere else but there was nowhere available so we just put up with it for 4 nights

I liked the location close to all the shops and was across the road from a 24hr Roadhouse. I also liked the amount of tea bags available to use and the shower is a good size.
The bathroom is small but functional and the room is dimly lit with lights as well as not much sun gets into the room. The TV is very small.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Thank you for going above and beyond, including driving us to local places on occasion.
The room bins need emptying every day despite not doing a big service daily. A toaster and microwave in the room would have been handy too.

Was good for what we needed. Good that breakfast was included.
Would question the value, compared to other WA destinations. The staff were very good, worked hard, and eager to look after guests needs, but there should have been more of them. The hotel was a bit dated and basic for the price.

Excellent staffs! Paul, Marvin, Piper, they are your assets! They provided good info and local transport around town which save me some hassles. Location of Ibis is great!
Room and bed is ok, bathroom and toilet is very tired, don't like it!
