Die Lage,auf den Bildern sieht es aus wie wenn das Hotel nahe am Meer und der Promenade wäre. Ist es aber nicht, sondern 3,8 km vom Meer entfernt und schwierig zu fahren.Kein Fußweg. Safe hat nicht funktioniert, Türverriegelung auch nicht.Auf dem Balkon gab es keinen Stuhl oder Tisch.
Frühstück Buffet reichhaltig aber billig.Ein Spiegelei kostet 6 Euro extra!Duschen nur in der Badewanne etc

Die Lage war traumhaft mit tollem Ausblick, aber etwas abgelegen und man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Buffet Abends war wirklich toll, lecker und sehr vielseitig...so ähnlich hätte ich mir das Frühstück auch gewünscht.
Das Frühstück war jeden Tag genau das gleiche... 2 Sorten gleicher Käse, 3 Sorten gleiche Wurst,
Rührei und Speck...immer das selbe ohne Abwechslung oder irgendetwas besonderes und nach 3 Tagen langweilt das nur noch ...wir waren 13 Tage da... kein Frühstücksei, keine Tomaten, Gurken, Paprika etc...das angepriesene Schwimmbad ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und ziemlich unhygienisch
...im Badezimmer gab es keine einzige Steckdose ,im Zimmer gab es auch nicht viele und beim Duschen kam mir erstmal der komplette Vorhang mit Stange entgegen...und es gab keine Garderobenhacken um außerhalb vom Schrank mal was aufzuhängen...nasse Kleidung z.B.
Man hat das Gefühl, das Hotel ruht sich auf seinen 4 Sternen aus, die es so, meiner Meinung nach, in dem jetzigen Zustand, nicht verdient hat.

The breakfast choice was very good and always a good choice of buffet evening meal.
The hotel and room was clean and had excellent views over Nazare and the coast.
The only disappointment was the distance to the town and beach which I should have checked more carefully myself. It is at least a 30 minute walk to the town centre and more to return because of the hills, so really means driving there.

Some of the staff was very helpful. The view was unbelievable special at night time.
Not a real hotel for a family holiday. They don't have enough food for kids. The pizzas aren't great. A 4 star doesn't even have chicken nuggets for the kids at this time is a joke. And I did ask at the second day on the reception for things like and nothing was done about it

Breakfast was Good. Liked that they had an espresso machine.
The staff continually gaslighted my husband. When he brought the glassware and mugs that were in our room and dirty on our arrival to them, they said they don’t put glassware in the room. No apologies and even came to the room to ask us where we found them. Again saying they don’t normally stick them in the rooms. Meanwhile our children’s room next door had the same glassware set up. Also, the dinner buffet was subpar. The facilities could use some modernization. Outdoor furniture rusty.

nothing in particular, pretty basic
building was in kind of a bad shape, ocean view ruined by dirty balcony glass, caused by some leak on the facade, on of the worst balconies in the hotel.

Overpriced for the room we received. Bathroom was low par. Regular tub. Very outdated shower head.no space between door and sink(door must be closed if you’re using sink). Not enough towels. Room itself was not very spacious. Overall. Overpriced.

Don’t be misled by the google earth view of the hotel. It stands at the top of a very steep escarpment which while giving great views of the ocean does not mean you can easily access the beach. There is no walkway down the ‘cliff’ and it’s a long walk around the road. So no evening strolls along the ocean front, you have to drive.

Easy parking. Good restaurant. I had a good dinner with a helpful and professional gerant for a reasonable price.
Terrible bed. Too hard. Also pillows where bad quality with tough filling. Blankets and sheets were poor. The whole bed was a disaster and far below the level that you should expect for the room price. Everything else can be good but when you wake up broken the whole stay is spoiled.☹️

The hotel has a great pool and view, The restaurant/breakfast room on the top floor has a terrace that allows to enjoy the view while eating. The breakfast buffet was very good. The location allows trips by car to many great spots in the region.
Nothing to complain, the hotel was as described on booking. com. If you do not need to stay in the middle of the action or close to the beach, the place is perfect.

Nothing actually. The moment you arrive for
check-in you will have a feeling that you made a big mistake.
Staff is unfriendly, rooms are old and not taken care,
our towels were rotten, sofa bed was in really bad
shape, toilet fixtures and so on…
Everything except breakfast.
I will definitely would never stay here again.

Very welcoming reception, good breakfast, very clean facilities and nice outdoor pool.
The location. Although there is a shuttle bus available, it doesn’t run often enough. The evening shuttle bus left at 1800, much too early to go out for an evening meal. Somewhere between 19:00-20:00 would be ideal. We managed to get a taxi into Nazaré but it was impossible to get one back. The distance is walkable (approx 35mins) but it is not a pleasant walk, poor pavements and hilly. The outside of the hotel is not pleasant to walk around either.
I would have liked to swim in the indoor pool before breakfast but it doesn’t open until 09:00. Maybe because some poor visitor is in the room right next to it, (my daughter on this occasion),could hear everything when it was open in the afternoon/ evening.
