Cleanliness of pool area and apartnent

Hotel access keypad broke and we couldn’t get in!! Reception is closed really long hours & no one available to help with that Rooms are tired and tatty, inc bathrooms Lift was ‘bouncy’ and then broke down Mosquitoes are everywhere around this property maybe due to the plants and carp / fish water feature Pool pump was so noisy you couldn’t relax, plus we were chased out by the pool guy at 6.45 when it closes at 7pm. Dirty foot bath to enter the pool and very dangerous steep steps into pool even for 5ft 10” OVERALL VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE PRICE WE PAID The few positives were - it’s central to Antibes, had great A/C you can control, and some rooms have nice view of marina, the balcony was a great size. Wouldn’t stay again though unless it’s modernised.

Needs basic broken items replacing at the least! Need new kitchen & sofa bed plus bathroom upgrade Get rid of fish to reduce mosquitoes Reception open 24/7 or longer at least

Location was excellent, pool very fine, view from my apartment ( 1. floor) was not much but ok.

There were the mosquitos that were bothering us very much.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms and nice pool area.

Small things but no kettle in the rooms for making tea and our room had a smell of old smoke to it, otherwise a great stay for the price we paid.

Small bedroom and toilet but large open space for lounge and kitchenette. Nice size balcony. All the essentials were provided. Clean, friendly staff at front desk. Had a great stay.

Management have little understanding of their own payment system, double charging, and when addressed they have a lot of excuses, and still trying manually to charge for a 3rd time

We've stayed here a few times now and it's always been ideal. The rooms are decent enough and have everything you need. The swimming pool and garden areas are great and it is perfectly located to explore Antibes as well as near the train station to explore Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc

Fantastic location, near the old town of Antibes and train station. The pool facility was good and the staff were lovely.

The apartment was small and a little cramped for five of us and there were never enough sun loungers for us. Luckily we spent more time exploring the area and local beaches so it didn’t really cause us a problem.

The pool, the comfy well equipped flat, the location, friendly staff, nice terrace with afternoon sun. I had asked for a quiet apartment and was given exactly that

The dirty floor...think the floor needs to be washed not just swept between guests. A bit more toilet paper would be good. Lack of loungers around pool due to people leaving towels when not using for hours. The flat had been refurbished but some of the communal areas looked scruffy and dated

within 10 minutes walk of the railway station, close to the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. 2 nice pools. the apartment was clean and well furnished with a large comfy bed.

the pans had insecure wobbly handles which was a little worrying when filled with hot food/liquid and there wasn’t a wooden spoon to stir things with

Very friendly reception staff. Assisted us in English with any query or ask. Size of the appartment was great. You can order fresh bread and pastries for the morning at the reception. Underground parking is spacious. Many pools. Clean white sheets and towels.

Not enough sun beds. Cleaning should be improved. Pillows from the living room and curtains hadn't been washed in a long time. Yes there are mosquitos in Antibes, just bring an electrical repellent - no bites for us.
