Room was nice and comfortable. Staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Great location - short walk to town and train station.
Aircon in the room was quite poor and probably in need of a clean.

I have been charged for a booking I did not have
Reception confirmed on the 14th the room under Angela Alford was cancelled and gave me a sofa bed in one of my rooms booked under Harrison Cole and / or Jaydee Rowe. My card details were taken although they confirmed the rooms were paid for
Confirmation number 3849.628.678 but just needed to sake a card against the rooms. I have since been charged £225.72 this needs to be returned to my account please

The hotel was for me close to the work. The staff was great and the room comfortable. Breakfast was also very nice.
The restaurant was not open on Sunday, and there is not much options in the menu. But there are nice possibilities around.

Location
I was there just after Covid conditions were lifted. Room was nice but not special. Breakfast was a bit disappointing when you see what they charge you. I understand Covid limitations but try to eat your cereal from a small carton cup with a small bamboo spoon
