Amazing staff and rooms. Breakfast had everything you expect and a bit more!

Cleaning staff, most the Lady incharge of cleaning staff was very respectless and dont know how to Talk with the guest.

The staff were very friendly, lovely breakfast buffet, good mattress, air conditioned and could open windows when wanted.

2 lamps did not work

outdated hotel. poor breakfast with convenience food. seems that main focus of the management is on cost cutting.

Very friendly staff, the room was big enough for 2 people, beds were really comfortable, breakfast was always excellent ( they offer pretty much food and everyone can find smth for their taste). Plus it was always quiet.

It didn't really affect my stay, but I think some renovation would be good ( like paint walls fresh for example).

I have requested in advance to have a quiet room, but the receptionist (at the front desk was extremely rude and extremely arrogant on 21 May at 14:40) told me that this is my allocated room no change possible ( even the hotel has the parking ~ 30 places almost empty at that time. When I have ask another time to change my allocated ( but not open by my) room close to elevator, he has suggest me to do "check-out" if I don't like it....Hopefully I have to stay only one nigh and with this occasion we have discovered that phonic isolation of rooms is not present at all. Practically even our neighbor speak normal or at low level, it's like we have a curtain and not a wall between our rooms. For breakfast ; - It's better to buy your water from hall vending machine or from town, because the water bottles have been removed. We stayed in the past here 3-4 times with other issues but the personal was kindly and solved the situations. This time for sure was the last one. Don't forgot to make aware the receptions person to open the gate. The parking access card will not open automatically the gate and you will have to let the car there and come back one more time to reception to ask for opening the gates ( other 10 min spend for nothing).
