ı enjoyed staying here very much. I recommend this hotel to everybody.

Breakfast is good. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast area is very nice.staff is polite and helpful.

Ok for a short stay

Close to train station, room was fairly quiet. Helpful staff.

Very good

Excellent location in the city center. Excellent restaurant with great Franconian dishes.

Parking spots are limited, thus I would recommend making arrangements with the staff ahead of your arrival when traveling with big and heavy luggage.

A reasonable hotel in a very nice city

The hotel was in a very good location near the old town, the staff were helpful and it was inexpensive.

I expected a small room but it did feel a bit cramped. The toilet flush was not very effective.

Good location, 10 minute walk from main station and 5 minutes from central market Square.

Pretty unfriendly welcome. Told that hotel restaurant was closed because of Wein Dorf in town centre. This was not communicated in advance. As an older, solo traveller, I prefer a hotel with its own restaurant so I do not have to be out at night. Very dark room, old fashioned decoration.

This is a great hotel in a fantastic location near the Main River and the old city center. Not far from the train station, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel.

Location was central Very helpful and friendly receptionists

A bit noisy at night, as cafe opposite. Hotel restaurant wasn’t open for two nights we were there - not a big problem for us, as plenty of choice in town, but might impact choice for others.

Superb

Staffs are nice and helpful. Location is great, few minutes walk to many attractions. Parking garage was under the building right next to the hotel. You can get stamp for parking fee discount from hotel reception.

The entrance of parking place was not easy to find at the first place (Google map did not lead us the right way). Wifi signal is fair but not that good.

Great location. Friendly staff.

It was difficult to regulate temperature in the room, especially the bathroom. Also the bathroom is quite cramped.

verry good and confy rest overnight.

Friendly staff, i arrived late but all was ok. Hotel is 7 min from central train station near the river. Nice location. The room was good, bathroom also. I rested very well, confy bed. Din not stay for breakfast

There was nothing more to need from the Hotel. For me it was just overnight. I did not need, but as i saw, parking space might be an issue if you come by car.

The staff were brilliant and made a special gesture for my 70th birthday... Would definitely recommend.

Our room was opposite the cleaners room so but noisy first thing!

Great room, location, food.

The room, breakfast and location was very good. Appreciated the snacks/drinks you could get at reception.

We asked how to get to the tourist bus that goes around the city and was given walking instructions. Later learned there was a city bus that was very easy to get to and would have avoided the rather long walk.
