Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade in 1A Lage. Die Küche des Restaurants ist hervorragend. Die Qualität und die handwerkliche Zubereitung der Speisen ist excellent. Die Mitarbeitenden sind ohne Ausnahme sehr freundlich und haben offensichtlich Spaß an Ihrer Tätigkeit. Im unseren Aufenthalt war der freie Eintritt in die Bernsteintherme inbegriffen. Auch die angebotene Halbpension ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform, wobei die Eierspeisen nach Wunsch frisch zubereitet werden. Das angebotene Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sehr saubere und gepflegte Zimmer mit Balkon.

Ein Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschiene im Zimmer wäre nett.

Sehr schönes Haus. Nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Perfekte Lage an der Strandpromenade und an der Seebrücke Zinnowitz. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen.

Im Winter leider keine Tische und Stühle auf den Balkons. Da wir gutes Wetter erwischt hatten, hätten wir gerne mal draußen gesessen.

Great location, good breakfast, nice ambience of the hotel. Dinner in the restaurant is good, for the price. Parking on premises.

Due to a last minute cancellation of my reservation at another location, we had to make this booking at last minute and had to settle for a room facing the city / south side. Room on ground floor, facing south side is basically next to the parking and open to the street, if the terrace door is open. With no AC and warm night, this can be very uncomfortable. Staff appear overwhelmed and curt. Parking is limited for the size of the hotel.
