Perfect location in the old town. Nice hotel.
Friendly staff who helped us with bike rental.
It was possible to park in the hotel car park a short distance from the hotel (you could drive to the hotel and drop off your luggage)

me my family chose a suite and it was great it was big and it had everything
the breakfast was good quality but there was barely any food there and we were first in the cafeteria and my children didn’t eat anything also you had to pay for the breakfast

Magnificent 16th century house, enormous comfortable rooms (ours had its original stone vaulted ceiling!) Directly in the middle of the city many connoisseurs consider to be Germany's most beautiful.

The building was stunning as was our room with the old wooden beams. Parking was nearby and very easy to get to. Breakfast was a real treat in the morning.
The staff were very well-trained and polite, but a bit distant and could have offered a bit more information. They did not ask whether we had enjoyed our stay. I personally find it more romantic to have one mattress in a double bed.

Great location right near the key sights of Görlitz in a charming building. Very comfortable and well-appointed rooms and excellent breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great.
We had reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the kids' bed wasn't prepared. When asking about this we were given sheets and blankets, but we had to make the bed ourselves.

It was described as a standard room but it was very large. Location is brilliant. Lovely old building too.
No-one was at reception overnight. One night there was a screaming argument which went on for hours in a nearby room. It would have been helpful if we could have phoned reception about it.
