upon check-in, I was greeted by an unfriendly front desk staff member who seemed disinterested in providing assistance or answering my questions. as a guest, I expect to be treated with respect and receive quality service during my stay. unfortunately, my experience at your hotel fell far below these standards.

Location and the history of the hotel itself. Ease of checking in and out. The hotel restaurant, Oscars, is absolutely amazing. It's worth a visit even if you're not a guest.

The passive aggressiveness from some staff. The rooms air-conditioning wasn't working but was repaired by the 3rd night. The hotel kindly gave us a €50 discount for the inconvenience. The rooms TV was not a flat screen as advertised and as such unable to stream anything from my mobile.

Very well located, beautiful room with a lake view. Reception service is perfect - nice, quick and complete. Nikkei Nine Bar: perfect - good service, nice cocktails

Jahreszeiten Grill: terrible service, with very low standards, really unpolite waitress (senior one) and uncarefull waiter Breakfast: very little variety, buffet is very tight to the tables, causing “people traffic”, people is gentile, but only a fee for many people

It was a beautiful hotel in a great area. We had easy access to the City Center. The bathroom was wonderful with a Spa shower and large soaking tub.

Our room had a disappointing view of an alley and the roof of another building. We will ask for a room with a better view of the city, next time we stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night but I didn’t like the service, it was 0 out of 10, when i checked in i had to call the reception 4 times and wait for 1 hour and more for them to bring my bag to my room, btw i only brought one bag with me.

Excellent location and well equipped gym

My adult children didn’t have tea and coffee machines and condiments in their rooms. We had to move rooms as our toilet didn’t flush.

Our mattress was hard as a rock and had a big divot in it that made it uncomfortable for side sleeping. We couldn’t figure out how to turn the A/C on so our room was also stuffy. We ended up opening the door to the balcony to get some air.
