Комфортно чисто, красивая территория, вкусная еда

Пляж , мы ожидали большего 😂но это лишь наши ожидания, мы первый раз в Абу-Даби, теперь мы знаем, что в отелях расположенных в центре города только бассейн и иногда есть выход к заливу, но нам хотелось моряяя, ездили на пляж soul beach, там конечно потрясающе

We had a wonderful night at the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort. Starting with the room it was big and full of lighting. The rooms were modern too. I reserved this hotel on a full board basis and I think it was worth it. Lunch had a lot of options and also had a lot of vegetarian options. dinner was fantastic a lot of different options and flavourful food. breakfast was heavy with many options. The juices were very refreshing. The staff were cooperative and kind especially the receptionist Mr Mohommed(I apologise if I got your name spelling wrong). overall we had a wonderful stay.

There is not much to say but I think the hotel could have done a better job heating both the kids and the adult pool.

Доброжелательный отзывчивый персонал. Респект шеф повару! Разнообразная и очень вкусная еда ( одна из причин, почему мы поехали сюда) Спасибо Амоне за чутное и внимательное отношение. Убиралась в нашем номере Shagawati, очень старательная, номер убирался супер.

Гид по экскурсиям, кот. в отеле, продал нам использованные! билеты😟, пришлось мне воДворце нации отстоять очередь за новыми билетами, да, деньги он вернул, но даже НЕ извинился... Остался осадок....

Facilities and room was very spacious.

Das Morgenbuffet war sehr umfangreich und auch das Abendessen hat wirklich für jeden etwas dabei. Der arabische Abend hat mir besonders gefallen. Das Essen war köstlich. Es ist toll das es einen Strand hat obwohl man mitten in der Stadt lebt. Der Strand ist sicher nicht der schönste aber so in der Stadt habe ich das auch nicht erwartet. Das Personal gibt sich extrem Mühe den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu machen.

Man kann nicht drausen Essen.

Husna was exceptional with her service. We had an excellent stay.

It was spotlessly clean and comfortable with lovely staff.

We liked everything.

Right from valet to checkin the staff were most helpful. Valet organised taxi’s in around 40 seconds. Pool and beach amazing. Again staff very helpful. We enjoyed the club room and facilities.

Sheraton quality says it all.

Great room-upgraded to Royal Suite which was huge but a little basic. Had a kitchen with which was lovely but there were no plates, cutlery etc…. not sure why?

Location, welcoming staff and facilities

Noisy room (at least mine), good choice of food for breakfast but not in line with my taste

The hotel has perfect location, beautiful design and very comfy room. Staff was always and everywhere friendly, helpfull. Breakfast was rich and tasty

The AC was too strong soecially in the dinning area. It would be for customers and for enviroment better to set is at least on 22C.

The pool and beach area

The staff not always spoke good enough English so there have been some communication problems. The food choices at the buffet restaurant,

Довольно разнообразный ужин и завтрак. Любезно предложили на наше усмотрение менять ужин на обед и обратно. Радушный персонал.

Очень маленький пляж, который из себя представляет небольшой "затон" с видом на заброшенную высотку и оживленной дорогой рядом. Напитки на обед и ужин платные. Странная ситуация с парковой, она бесплатна только если передать машину парковщику, самостоятельно припарковаться нельзя.

The airconditioning! It was soooo humid on our overnight stay that we only ventured to the pool & pool bar. We ate at the hotel restaurant (again to avoid going outside) & ate the most impressive International dinner, so delicious & highly recommended. Wonderful rooms.

The Hotel had a very rich breakfast buffet and the staff has always been very approachable and helpful.

The hotel is modern and fresh, and has a really nice and airy lobby area. There are a few restaurants on the property and a pool and beach area that I didn’t have the chance to use. The room was nicely designed and quite spacious. Nice toiletries in the bathroom and enjoyed the multiple mirror areas to get ready. It was also very close to Abu Dhabi mall as well as the louvre so super convenient for me.

I felt that the cleanliness could have been better. There was dirt in the grout in the shower tiles, and the coffee mugs were a little dusty.

A chic hotel, very tasty food, beautiful rooms, great views and wonderful staff!!! We will come back here again and again! And recommend it to everyone!

Great facilities and very relaxing, a few staff in particular were very helpful and amazing service from Joseph deputy manager , Shahid waiter , Amar chef

Food was great for breakfast and lunch, however for the evening meal it seemed like it slipped with the service not enough staff and food was always the same not enough fresh options and some food was a little cold/ not cooked great.
