the hotel was under construction! at 8 am there was the noise of drilling and punching that made it impossible to sleep. but after complaining about the situation the staff instantly changed the hotel for us and we checked out. they did not specify anywhere that the guests should be aware of construction work before booking!!

The location is very good.
The toilet smelled like urine and I the towels had a very strong curry smell which wasn't pleasing at all, after paying 300 Euros for 1 night it should at least be clean!

Schwabing is a great neighborhood. This hotel is close to two metro/subway stations, restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The hotel offers a good breakfast.
There are carpet stains in the room. The hotel is going through renovation so there’s scaffolding in front of the building, and you can hear some construction noise during the day. The noise won’t be a problem if you’re going to be out exploring. The air vents were releasing hot air even when the thermostat is set to the lowest temp. Unfortunately, the only solution to keep the room cool is to turn off the air control and/or open the windows, which lets the noise of the relatively busy street (Leopoldstraße) in.

nice area, friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, warm and cozy
scaffolding blocked the view of the entrance from the street so we initially struggled to find it.

Great rooms. Excellent breakfeast. Awesome staff.
The room was a little too hot, and we could'nt chanche the temperature.

Friendly staff and smooth check-in. The rooms are a bit oldscool but everything was fine.
The walls are paper thin and you could hear (or in our case got woken up by) the cleaning service early in the morning.

will never again attempt to park in such a ridiculously tight parking. I had a perfectly good spot on the street but was told I couldn’t change if I had reserved a space in the hotel. I do NOT recommend it.

The TV had 2 Russian channels and not a single one American. It is insulting (I am a European, not American). You should close all Russian channels, it is a moral duty.

- close to a big road causing some noise in the room but still bearable
- not the cheapest but I guess okay for Munich
- toilet didn’t flush properly
- generally a bit old, both in style and condition, but nothing too bad
