Gut gelegen für Anreise mit Pkw, Parkplatz für Bulli problemlos, modernisiert, Lage gut am Fluss, zu Fuß schon recht weit in die Innenstadt, aber machbar, Frühstück für diese Hotelklasse gut, sehr freundliches Personal.

Totul a fost la standardul impus de cele 4 stele. Camera renovată a fost confortabilă, cu toate facilitățile necesare. Curățenie exemplară în tot hotelul. Poziționarea hotelului în apropierea stațiilor mijloacelor de transport în comun face accesibilă orice zonă a Budapestei. Spa-ul a fost un plus de relaxare între sesiunile zilnice de "bântuială" 🙂... Preparatele servite la micul dejun au fost delicioase și mai mult decât suficiente. Vom reveni.

Közel volt a színházhoz és a múzeumhoz, ami az aznapi programunk volt.

Very comfortable hotel, nice, clean, helpful staff, delicious food in the restaurant, various choices for breakfast, very comfortable bed, great view from the room, convenient location- 20 minutes walk to the old city centre and 5minutes walk to a metro station, convenient parking in front of the hotel for a reasonable price Great spa - 3 pools, 1 big for swimming, 1with warm water , 1 jacuzzi Great value for the price

Everything was great, just one thing was kind of odd - if going to the spa you have to walk around the restaurant (in a bathrobe)

The location is not bad. You may or may not get a room looking at the Margaret Island (Margit Sziget). If you are not lucky though, you will look at the ugly buildings behind the hotel. The spa is okay, although the sauna was way too hot. I've been to many Finnish saunas, they are supposed to be 80-90C. But this one was almost 100C and simply just too hot, burning my skin after only 4 minutes. They charge 5000HUF extra for the salt room.

I've been a returning guest of this hotel for over 15 years. But this may have been my last time coming here. I feel like the hotel is now too outdated and too overpriced for what you get overall. Although they have renovations underway, so this might improve. The breakfast is seriously way way too much overpriced and not worth it! They charge 7,000HUF or ~18EUR per person. For reference, the same buffet breakfast in a 4star hotel in Italy is only 10EUR. The walls are paper thin and even though I requested a quiet room, they put me next to a large family who were very loud up until midnight.

Unfortunately, for the 3rd time visiting major renovation where taking place, bit noisy and smell of dust at lift area , contractor had put in place noise and dust control measures, could have done better.

A reggeli bőséges és nagy kínálattal rendelkező volt. kedves volt az üveg ásványvíz bekészítés. nagyon jó, hogy van hűtőszekrény.

A fürdőszobában érkezésünkkor lefolyó szag volt és nehezen ment le a víz a kagylóból. Köntös van, de szobapapucs nincs. Vacsorázni csak a földszinten lévő bárban lehet, ahol elég szűk a választék és ami van az is a külföldi vendégek ízlésének felel meg.

все сподобалось, реновація трохи заважала, але відчули тільки в один день, коли відпочивали після обіду в номері, а загалом- не заважає ремонт

Příjemný hotel s dobrou lokací na břehu Dunaje. Dobrá dostupnost do centra, zastávka busu před hotelem. Z letiště s MHD cca 45-50min. Vynikající bazény s termální vodou. Personál příjemný a většinou profesionální. Excelentní servis na recepci SPA pan JOSEPH - díky :-) Snídaně výborné, bohatý výběr všeho. Obsluha též super.

Dost nepohodlné matrace. Po úklidu dva dlouhé vlasy paní pokojské v posteli ...V hotelu probíhala rekonstrukce, ale nijak neomezovala. Hotel se předem omluvil mailem.

Wszystko było super. Wspaniała obsługa, czysty pokój, basen, pyszne śniadania, lokalizacja.

Belysningen i restaurangen

Läget, sängar, Wellness.

Renoveringsarbete har pågick varje dag från kl.8~16. Väldigt störande! Saknade apelsin och bacon från frukostbordet, samt äggröran var kallt. Bra men opersonlig service vid frukost.

Nagyon jó volt egy fárasztó nap után lemenni a wellness részlegbe, és ott pihenni, szaunázni. Bőséges a reggeli választék is, és tetszett az enteriőr is. A személyzet kedves, udvarias.

Hideg volt a folyosón és a nagyobb terekben. Az emeleten a szőnyegek állapota eléggé elhasználódott.

Frissen felújított szoba, szép és kényelmes. Tökéletes reggeli, és remek uszoda, wellness.

Az épületben felújítás zajlik, és ez sajnos hallható.

Kényelmes ágy, tágas wellness, bőséges reggeli.

A reggeli ismét bőséges és kiváló volt! A személyzet nagyon fáradt, sajnáltam őket, de nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak. A szobák gyönyörűen fel lettek újítva, a legutóbbi tartózkodásunk óta, így még szebbek és kényelmesebbek voltak. Nagyon igényes a bekészítés is, bár a fekete teákon kívül télire adhatnának gyümölcsteát, mentát is, hogy este is lehessen teázni. Ugyanakkor tényleg kiváló volt minden.

Nagyon áthallatszik a szomszéd szobából a zaj későbbi felújításoknál a hangszigetelésen még lehetne kicsit dolgozni. Illetve a becsekkolásnál nagyon zavaró, hogy a recepciós minden bankkártyánknak le akarta írni a kártyaszámát, ami nagyon nem szabályos és mellesleg biztonsági okokból erősen megkérdőjelezhető, és amikor kértük, hogy ezt ne tegye, eléggé ágált a dolog ellen. A vezetésnek üzenném, hogy senki bankkártya számát nincs joga sehova leírni! Ezeket leszámítva elégedettek voltunk.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, Aussicht vom Zimmer war OK. Reception war freundlich und hilfreich!

Kaffeequalität hätte besser sein können (fader Geschmack) Baulärm sehr kleines Badezimmer!

Zufahrt zum Hotel, Betten im Zimmer stehen auf Rollen. Liegen sie in der Mitte rutschen sie in den Spalt weil die Betten auseinander rutschen, Bad ist eine Fehlplanung, Insgesamt ein modernisierter Ostblock-Kasten!

Nice spa, good breakfast, good location, nice personal.

Rooms are renovated but unfortunately in very cheap manner. Shame, as this hotel trap has a good potential.

Good lolation , nice river view . The stuff was friendly and really to assist . Very good choice for breakfast

The staffs are not informed at all. And pretty rude. The only reason I booked this hotel is that my kids can use the pool until 10 according to my conversation with hotel before I booked the hotel and the front desk confirmed that the kids can use the pool until 9:45pm. But the Spa lady cold hearted rejected us saying it’s quiet hour from 8pm. I went to front desk to check and she said sorry it might be new policy. Total waste of money since other than swimming pool, this hotel is pretty small and outdated. There was even no complimentary water in the room and I was told to just drink tap water. The front desk staffs were all pretty rude when we checked out. Nobody greets and says thank you for your staying or anything. Will never stay in this hotel. Total waste of money

Spa was great, breakfast really good. Renovated rooms were also very comfortable.

Apparently it is not possible to set the temperature in renovated rooms to the temperature higher than 23 C. The subjective feeling was colder, but nothing much you can do. Electric radiator in the bathroom works in mysterious ways, sometimes you can turn it on, more often you cannot. Key cards fail very often, I saw at least 5 people complaining at reception about it (including me). Receptionists are too slow and there is a constant queue of people coming in or out or complaining. Their handling of basic things (like parking) is bad. I also don't appreciate the fact they are charging 12 EUR per day for parking even on weekends when other parking lots in XIII district are free.
