The hotel is perfectly situated between the main station and the old town. The room where I stayed was very big and offered everything you need for staying in Plzeň and getting to know the city.

Nice and helpful receptionist. Quiet. Good wifi.Quiet, specious room.Cloes to the train station and public transpot stops.
During my stay coulld not have breakfast as" the breakfast lady had holiday." Whaaat? one person in 4 star hotel??? Went to another hotel nearby for breakfast and it was ok. Room a bit too dark.

Such an gentle ambience to have a pleasant stay. The receptionists were so friendly and welcoming. I love the hotel. And I would happily recommend the travellers who are planning to visit Pilsen. Good location and good size of the room. Liked overall experience. Bathroom was also clean and good with bathtub facility which was liked by my son.
As the property was road facing, curtains could have been better to maintain the privacy in the room.

Spotless clean, quite modern, had a bathtub and it was right next to the train station.

This hotel was much cleaner than some of the previous reviews have suggested. I felt it was very comfortable with an unbeatable location being right next to the main train station. Staff were very accommodating and spoke some English.
I can't think of anything I disliked.

Fantastic location just 200m from the train station. And if your destination is the magical factory... it is only 500m from there. Not only would I recommend others on a similar journey to stay there, but I would stay there again.
The "suite" had plenty of room for the group of guys we had. However, the bathroom was not private (in the hall - although there were no other rooms), small and a very tiny shower. Also, the heat was on by itself. It was late SEP so a little chilly outside, but the heat being on with control made us have to just vent it right out the window.

The Breakfast is Expensive. Almost 7.5 Euro for Breakfast. it's costlier than Germany. And there is not much variety to eat.

I was given a large room. I had requested a quiet room and was given one on the side of the building away from the main road. The lady at check-in was good and helpful.
The room had no proper curtains, only blinds that had to be rotated between open and closed. When closed, they did not remotely keep out daylight.
WiFi was available on 2.4G and 5G with good reception on 2.4G and bad reception on 5G. Unfortunately they used the same name for both and Android kept switching from good 2.4G to bad 5G and deciding it had no connection.
The railway station is a building site with most facilities closed so you have to go into the centre anyway. I would not recommend staying here because of the location until the works at the station are finished.
