Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Für die Hauptmahlzeiten kann man zusätzlichen aufzahlen, sehr empfehlenswert da es ein reichhaltiges Buffett gibt. Das Badezimmer ist einfach toll ausgestattet und das Zimmer war sehr sauber gehalten.

Man hat wahrscheinlich hinter dem Vorhang die toten Fliegen am inneren Fensterbrett übersehen und am äußeren Fensterbrett den Kot von den Vögel.

Personal an der Rezeption so unfreundlich!! Nicht hilfsbereit In den Zimmern konnte man die Heizung nicht wärmer drehen, in der Nacht war uns sehr kalt

quiet surroundings, very kind and helpful staff, fairly large tv with lots of channels

a'la cart restaurant - extremally small portions, limited choice, you remain hungry all-you can eat buffet - poor quality food and limited choice bed too small with single mattrasse - when you turn in bed, the other person feels the movement of the mattrasse you come across a lot of casino-goers - rather unsophisticated variety of people... hotel is remote, far from the city staff does not speak English for the most part

Very good again and I will return with friends in September!

Breakfast is very good and enjoyable. Dinner is very good. Room was very nice and clean. Also the service in the restaurant was excellent! We were able to enjoy the swimming pool as well.

The connecting door to the neighbor's room. When they came home at 5:30 AM in the morning it woke me up. You can hear everything underneath the door. Young boys were looking through the sauna window

Perfect active relax under the care of pleasant and efficient staff, comfort and well kept amenities

We enjoyed the all-inclusive meal plan for supplement and enjyed it very much. The place is ideal for trips and acitivities with children.

The room and facility were great, my kids loved the swimming pool!

The receptionist was not so friendly, we arrived 13:30 hrs and since it is not possible to check in right away we asked if we can use the pool. Her answer right away was NO but she said we can try at 14:00 hrs. So basically she did not even try to consult her Supervisor. Our friends already started swimming way early than us as they arrived before lunch, one of the receptionists allowed them. Hotel management should have the same rule for everyone. Kindly note that we are regular costumers and we visit maybe 6 or more times a year. We also bring friends. The waitress was not able to speak German or English so our ordered food were not the correct one, although they apologize but it took a while before they served the new ones. The wrong food served were for kids so they waited for too long. But I just want to mention that she was very friendly and nice so I hope next time, the one to serve us should speak at least one of the languages mentioned. Overall our stay was so pleasant and we will come back again soon!

Very good breakfast. Good restaurant. The room is very spacious, the bed is comfortable.

Slow check-in. A careless employee wrote the bill with mistakes. They did not want to correct the mistakes the next day.
