Centrally located, spacious room with balcony overlooking the park. We were welcomed with some cakes and champagne in the room. Breakfast was enough. Bed was extremely comfortable with quality linen and choice of pillow
We checked in too late and could not fully enjoy all the hotel has to offer.

Vivian, Soledad and the gentleman from Venezuela were 5 star employees at reception. The bartender as well. Great guy. The food was good at dinner. Good people trying their hardest with a worn out hotel.
No cold water in the shower. Shower operation was very difficult. Soap dispenser fell off wall. The room was well worn out. Air conditioning was ineffective.
