La struttura stessa

Il menù della mezza pensione mancava sempre qualche piatto, una sera il maitre di sala ci ha proposto un piatto unico , (costata con patate) siccome solo 4 persone su 8 erano d’accordo, la risposta è stata o la prendete tutti o scegliete dal menù……. E poi non si può lasciare una persona sola a gestire ordini e servire ai tavoli e fare cassa . Questo non è da 4 stelle, il cibo cmq era di qualità.

Parcheggio ottimo e gratuito, colazione apprezzabile anche se un po' anonima, ma buoni i prodotti. Buon ristorante, con pochi piatti, ma di qualità e ben eseguiti. Ottimo il materasso, per me. Il bagno era molto pulito e c'era abbondanza di accessori e prodotti di cortesia: ferro da stiro e asse, phon, ciabatte, e tutto il necessario.

La vasca riattata a doccia con un pericolante separé è piuttosto pericolosa, specie per chi ha una certa età e magari ridotte capacità motorie, entrata e uscita a rischio caduta. Il bar era piuttosto sfornito e la bontà dei cocktail dipendeva dal barista di turno. Un giorno si sono dimenticati di pulirci la camera, dicono che abbiamo appeso il Non disturbare, ma non era vero. Mio marito ha trovato il letto scomodo, ma per me era ottimo. A prescindere dal fatto che un giorno hanno saltato la nostra camera, c'era un po' di polvere sulla testata del letto.

Hotel liegt wenig attraktiv in einem Industriegebiet Zimmer waren sehr hellhörig Das Frühstück empfanden wir als allenfalls durchschnitttlich; viele Fertigprodukte, 1 Kaffeemaschine bei einem voll besetzten Speisesaal ist zu wenig, croissants/paninis wirkten aufgebacken

La colazione è molto ricca e varia. C'è veramente tutto per soddisfare le diverse esigenze dei clienti, dalla colazione tipicamente italiana a quella continentale. Impossibile rimanere delusi e a stomaco vuoto!

Ho già alloggiato in questo hotel per lavoro e sono sempre rimasto più che soddisfatto sotto ogni aspetto, dalla posizione comoda per raggiungere la fiera di Bologna alla comodità e ai servizi dell'hotel stesso

Struttura leggermente ristrutturata, piacevole come sempre la colazione.

Bagno con vasca veramente poco comoda e con soffione molto vecchio

Der Bus, der direkt vor dem Hotel in die Stadt fährt, stellt um 20h den Dienst ein. Das haben wir blöderweise nicht gecheckt und mussten ein sehr teures Taxi nehmen. Das Hotel eignet sich daher eher für die Messe und nicht als Stdthotel. Es ist einfach zu weit vom Stadtzentrum entfernt.

La stanza aveva piastrelle mancanti , forse mi è stata data una camera non perfetta come atteso da un Hilton 4 stelle . Ma soprattutto pareti sottili , non ho dormito perché si sentiva parlare dalla stanza a fianco .

Ottima posizione, parcheggio interno , colazione ricca, pulizia, gentilezza degli operatori.

Prima camera assegnata con odore di bruciato, ho segnalato alla reception il problema, mi hanno subito assegnato un'altra camera un pò più piccola della precedente

Das Hotel hat einen sehr guten Standard und das gesamte Personal ist super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und es sind nur ein paar Autominuten direkt zur Fiera Bologna. Auch viele andere Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Die Lage ist leicht ausserhalb aber in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Bei dem Frühstücksbuffet ist alles vorhanden und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Es wird ständig frisch aufgefüllt und ist geschmacklich sehr gut. Auch sind ausreichend Parkplätze jederzeit vorhanden. Alles in allem ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel, für Geschäftsreisen als auch für Kurzurlaube. Vielen Dank für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Ho soggiornato svariate volte in questa struttura, sempre trovata eccellente e comoda in rapporto al prezzo sempre molto contenuto, fino ad ora....grande struttura con camere nuove e grandi. Ampi spazi ovunque e molto verde intorno se viaggiate con animali. Personale cortese anche se col passaggio ad Hilton li ho trovati un filo più "rigidi" e meno "se stessi".

Diciamo l'unica nota negativa il passaggio ad Hilton...prezzi esplosi, regole più rigide (soprattutto con gli animali) e colazione molto più costosa (io ho rinunciato l'ultima volta). Peccato perchè il vecchio Greenpark era veramente una struttura di assoluta cordialità genuina...ora è tutto più "brandizzato".

Gym is good

Sounds isolation is bad. And laundry service is third party service. They destroy my clothes, however the hotel manger give me a 15% discount. So also not bad but still need to improve.

Our reason for staying was the Cosmoprof exhibition. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the Bologna Fiere, located in a very calm and peaceful area outside the city center, away from the noise and crowd. We were waking up with the bird singing sounds :) Especially after the busy meetings at the fair all day long, the tranquillity this hotel provides is very important. Erica M. at the reception made our stay even better. She was very polite, kind, and problem-solving all the time. We had some problems with the reservation, but she handled them very well and was at our disposal all the time we needed something. Thank you, Erica! The breakfast was very good in variety and quality, but the attendants were a little slow in refilling the food.

The drain of the sink in our bathroom was clogged throughout all our stay, it caused a lot of inconvenience. The housekeepers just cleaned the surface of the sink every time, not the clog.

hanno qualche problemino con il wifi, ma sarà temporaneo. In pratica per una sera non era disponibile sia il wifi principale, sia il secondario indicatomi dalla reception

Soggiorno breve ma molto confortevole. Sopra le aspettative con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottima pulizia e cura. Colazione eccellente.

La gentilezza dello staff che si è prodigato, in seguito a una serie di sfortunati eventi tragicomici che nulla hanno a che vedere con la struttura, a lasciarmi un’ottima sensazione di cura e accoglienza

le camere erano davvero molto pulite e rispecchiavano appieno le nostre aspettative. l'hotel è davvero molto raffinato e tutta l'atmosfera è molto piacevole

Freshly renovated, suite with 2 rooms really big, staff welcoming and friendly, very nice breakfast choice.

It was way too hot in the room, around 26 degrees, heating system was clearly defect. Despite notifying it at the reception, I regret that no solution was found. So I had to turn off the heating from the switchboard myself and open all the windows to get a comfortable room temperature. Menu from restaurant was attractive, but nothing really adapted for kids. So we didn't give a try.

Le camere erano ristrutturate di recente, insonorizzate, molto silenziose, bagno perfetto. Struttura molto pulita. Non abbiamo usufruito dei loro servizi quindi non posso valutare. Nel complesso ottimo soggiorno.
