breakfast not exciting. location a distance from historic center but park walk was great.
decor jarred with the historic architecture and name of hotel gave me to expect something from Verdi’s time. i expected antique furniture, period pieces. none except for chandeliers in lobby. decor needs a touch up by someone who respects history. rooms were exceptionally clean,warm and snug and linens comfortable and luxurious however. and i appreciated that.

The property was very nice, comfortable and clean. The balcony was delightful. The staff were exceptional! we had a tour booked for the day of check out and they stored our baggage and accommodated us after, while we waited for our transportation.

Lovely and organized staff. Great breakfast. Highlight was the staff, for sure. Location is good.
Noisy location-one side was a busy street and the other barking dogs. AC did not work. Restaurant door offered rude and poor service-not sure if it’s part of the hotel, but I would definitely NOT recommend it.

Classic Italian hotel full of charm. Private parking in the courtyard, super nice staff and generous breakfast. We loved everything about it and can warm heartedly recommend it. Not for people who are looking for contemporary, minimalist decor and chic but if you would like a very Italian experience in the best sense, this is a wonderful place.
A bit of a walk into town but still a pleasant walk as you get to cross the park. Good restaurants ca. 15 minutes away.

Beautiful villa, next to park and center of Parma.
Breakfast could be organized better. In order to reduce food waste, breakfast is ordered in the evening and brought to your table. We had some glitches in our delivery, but staff was friendly and just brought most of what was missing.

I think the location is perfect. You can walk to the town center going through the beautiful Parco Ducale. From the hotel to the cathedral is less than 10 minutes on foot. It is quite central but you don't have to deal with the noises of the people in the bars and on the street during the night.
The car park is a great bonus! It is right inside the hotel and you pay the right money for it.
The location of the hotel is very good to reach the trade show center of Parma.
The staff of the hotel is just amazing! Polite, professional, friendly. You can see they are not fake, they are genuine polite.
The all building is very clean and there are no parts that look neglected and I think it is a very unique place.
The breakfast is a simple one that meets a wide range of needs.
The bed was very comfortable!
The only comment I have is about the rooms. They probably need to be renovated a bit as well as the bathrooms but as I said, they were clean and the bed was very very comfortable. I am still not convince that the cost for of the room is correct, maybe it is a bit too high.
