We loved staying at Hotel Franchi,it was a real Tuscan delight, the room was spacious and had a beautiful courtyard to sit in private and have a drink. The hotel had everything we needed including breakfast, which was excellent, the staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. I highly recommend staying here for its great location and is in walking distance from the train and centre.

Otel temizdi. Her şey yeniydi. Alt katta bar-restoran vardı. Deneyimleyemedik kısa süreli bulunduğumuz için ancak hoş görünüyordu. Telefon uygulaması ile giriş yapabilme olanağı oldukça kullanışlı ve pratikti. Otoparkı da mevcuttu.
Tek kullanımlık terlik olsa iyi olurdu.

Es war erst mal umständlich sich an zu melden, erst Benachrichtigung über WhatsApp dann per Mail dann die App runterladen, dann die Daten ein geben da war es dann schon etwas unsicher ob das alles so ok war und persönlich Daten auch sicher sind. Man kommt leider nicht zu Fuß zum Flughafen

Hotel in buona posizione in particolare per aeroporto che tuttavia è difficilmente raggiungibile a piedi. causa complessa viabilità. A due passi dalla fermata tranvia Guidoni.Personale gentile e disponibile.Possibilit di cena.

Very close to the airport which was a huge bonus for us as we overslept and had an hour to make it to the airport.
Not a lot of food options close by.

We loved the property. So beautiful and clean. The staff was amazing. Helped me set up my app for entry, got use taxis everywhere we wanted to go and answered questions on WhatsApp before we even got there.
There was nothing that I didn’t like. I highly recommend this place

It was clean and near the airport. There were humans at check-in to help as I was anxious about the on-line and keyless process.
They had a lovely outdoor garden area and on the Friday eve a very good DJ was playing music.
They (staff) arranged for early morning taxi which was there and on time.

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, il ragazzo del bar molto disponibile e simpatico. Camere moderne con ampio balcone
Peccato l’assenza di un piccolo frigo e che nella nostra camera purtroppo un’anta della doccia era rotta ed era sostituita da una tenda per la doccia

The hotel room was very clean and fairly comfortable. Also very easy to walk to the airport the next morning!
The shower was clean but water pressure nonexistent, and I didn't enjoy having to download an app to get into the hotel.

There was a bit of a learning curve in regards to the entry to hotel and rooms.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, although we thought the hotel would have no staff as we were told to do everything by a phone app (even room key!), but staff welcomed us and even helped us with transportation into the city and booking a taxi (although it never arrived in the morning...).
Hotel was fresh, as well as our room, clean towels and a fresh smell to the whole room.
The hotel is located roughly 15 minutes walkway from the airport (but we went by taxi), so for the location solely I would recommend this. But the whole experience was very plesant and we could definitely stay at Hotel Franchi, were we to come to Florence again!
Only two minor things: beds and pillows were extremely firm and the doors weren't very sound proof so we could hear quite a lot from the corridor.

The hotel was near the tram stop for the airport. There are restaurants walkable to the hotel but we had dinner on the beautiful patio.
The electronic checkin and requirement to download an app to my smartphone for use in entering the room and building were cumbersome. It seemed to be more of a convenience to the staff than the customers.

Proximity to airport, cost. The staff insured that we got a 4 AM taxi to the airport.
The check-in process was very confusing. I never could get the Keys app onto my phone.

The staff were extremely helpful!!! I have nothing but good to say about them… they really helped make our weekend trip to Belgium possible. The food was delicious, too, especially the lasagna.
