We understood about the eco-friendly choice to not change every day the towel, but it's an hotel, so the room should be cleaned and the room tidied up every day

Great location, spacious room, comfy beds, wonderful view. Friendly staff.

No vegetables or salad for breakfast. No minifridge in room, no electric kettle. Staff was generally kind and helpful, but were unable to privide kettle for preparing baby bottle, or fridge to keep medicine.

After a couple of recent negative experiences in 3 star hotels Bonapace has restored my faith! Genuinely friendly staff who seem really happy to be there. Spotlessly clean. More than adequate breakfast . Hotel ski bus to either cinque laghi or spinale lifts very prompt and efficient. Nice wellness area included in room rate. Will deffinitley return.

I like the fact they have a van going taking you to the slopes, every day except sunday?!?!?! they give you a robe, we had a balcony

the spa was only sauna, other things were closed which does not make sense since there are 5 people allowed at any time. breakfast was ok, the bathroom a little old. very good location

Room was large, with balcony and everything was clean. Nice facilities: pool, sauna. Good breakfast. Hosts are charming! Excellent value for money.

Facilities are a little outdated, but other then that- perfect.

The location is very convenient - close to lits, reastaurants and shops. The views are amazing and hiking was a great experience. The hotel is very comfortable. The breakfast was superb with plenty of choices, we really liked it. The hotel room was a bit small but convenient. We loved the hotel shampoo so much we even bought some to take home with us. If you want to have a great trip to Madonna di Campiglio, I really recommend this hotel.

Good location, practically in center of town. And same time close to all Brenta trail network. Staff was welcoming and kind.

Parking lot spread around street, but I guess that is understandable, considering available space in town. Lucky that we got parking at all :)
