The hotel was close to the public transport.

The charges for the room where the same is UK I think it should be a lot cheaper.

We travel through Istanbul and this hotel is always the one we choose.

The pool is always cold!

the location ,housekeeping and the reception were amazing specially Ail is a good person and his Arabic is wonderful and it was very helpful with us

the room was so small and the bathroom was not prepared enough because of the plumbing and we can here a lot of noise even if we close the window the last thing room serves wasn’t good and you should serve water every day without asking

We gave staff underwear and T shirts to wash, expecting to pay a little more than local laundry services (60lira). Were handed a 4,245 lira bill - a shocking 6975% increase on local rates. Incredible price gouging. When evidence was provided to show the local rate of 60 lira, evidence was dismissed as “impossible”. No attempt to resolve, no apology, and when told our stay was deeply disappointing and we were unhappy, the member of staff didn’t even bother to reply, let alone apologise. That experience aside, the hotel isn’t remotely 5*. No soundproofing, all night listening to emergency vehicles’ sirens. Breakfast was €20, with wonderful restaurants not even one tram stop away charging €1 - €3. Staff knocking on the door despite placing do not disturb signs; generally tired and grubby. Plenty of choice in Istanbul at this price point - avoid, avoid, avoid

When I asked to change the room I was given (because it was facing the main road and tramway) to another, I was given another room the next day.

You can hear the noises of your neigbors. It seems the walls are not noise proof.

The excellent location, furniture and plumbing in the room are not tired. Daily cleaning and good sauna. Probably that's all that I'd like there.

Rooms with windows overlooking the road are very noisy; with an open window, it is not comfortable even at night. Insanely expensive bar with cheap wine; it is extraordinary to see in a 5-star hotel in one place an unnamed wine for 100 euros and Moet for 500. The room service every morning took my card from the socket for electricity, and constantly could not properly charge the equipment and power banks during the day. Since there are four free sockets in the room, then together, it generally becomes that more quest. Plus, without a card, the minibar refrigerator was turned off, in which I kept a container of pancakes from my grandmother. As a result, they deteriorated. I do not know when I can eat my grandmother's pancakes next time. Hands must be beaten off by an employee who, in principle, has a habit of picking up or moving something in a client's room.
