Everything was beautiful, it looked and smelled beautiful. There were oil diffusers throughout, the scent was so lovely I sourced it for home. The food was good, the facilities were lovely

The location and the building itself.
I arrived around 10:30 and couldn’t get any food or room service. Also the concierge that worked at that time came across very rude. I asked her a few simple questions about the next day and she didn’t want to help me at all. I also later on found out that what little information she did give me was a lie.

An excellent stay with very friendly staff, exceptional food and amazing views. The Hilton boat was brilliant for getting back and to from the city.

Great location - shuttle boat handy and even from airport there is a shuttle to the hotel so location is perfect! Views from the rooftop etc.. are all amazing!
To get a coffee in the room in the morning - you have to pay for the coffee (even though you pay for breakfast included) and then you pay 80€ fee for the actual transport! Like that’s robbery 😂😂
The pool is COMPLETELY CLOSED ON TUESDAY! So do not book Tuesday 😂😂 thankfully I was there Sunday to Wednesday but still pretty packed and always full! Must be there early morning!
Rooftop prices are different to morning or pool pricing which is dumb and makes me as a customer feel robbed. 5€ coke in the morning, 6€ at pool and 6€ at rooftop! Like what?!?

The staff were very courteous and the shuttle service by the hotel was a plus. There isn’t much to do on the island of molino and there are no shops near the hotel. The room was very small and in my view not very clean for Hilton standard. We met a straw on the floor in our room and it looked like the room hadn’t been hoovered.

we were at the floor that was renovated. the rooms three are really nice, spacious, decorated in Venetian style but not gaudy. bathroom is very comfortable with both shower and bathroom, and bidé. even though the location is tricky - on Giudeca - the hotel provides regular shuttle boat to the main part, and this solves the location problem.
if you are in not renovated rooms - they are horrible. that is a huge watch out. general facilities are also very outdated - the gym, the spa - as if they come from the Soviet era. breakfast is horrible - cappuccino wins the worst cappuccino in Italy. they ask to pay 40 euros for spa usage - i would not go there even if they paid me 40 euros. the pool does not work neither - they use different prétextes to explain why.

en cas de vents soutenus, les fenêtres ne sont pas étanches et pour certaines s'ouvrent toutes seules laissant entrer froid et eau. les services techniques ont ete tres rapide, mais finir avec du ruban adhésif en guise de joint sur toutes les fenetres du suite de Hilton fait mauvais genre, aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé,

Look like to be in America. Incredible space without heritage. Quality is not enough for a 5 star hotel. Looks like a 3/4 star. Before our arrival i wrote an email to the hotel that never reply.

The family room/ suite was well furnished, a very good size
After a while the location becomes a bit of a pain, being off the main island you have to get a boat across. The hilton shuttle is free but it’s like catching a bus, to take a water taxi is 60 euro one way which takes 5 minutes.

It was a fantastic hotel. The rooms were very warm and the AirCon did not go to a low temp ( 19oC so we had to open a window and was bitten my mosquitos. The staff were extremely friendly and the room was modern and clean.

We arrived there at 9:30 o’clock in the evening and called them for transportation. All they did was to advise us to take a sea bus (although they have a private boat) and then drag our luggages for 500 metres. My daughter’s wrist is still aching! They should find a solution for late night arrivals…

La struttura è magnifica in una posizione meravigliosa. Il personale è educato, cordiale ed efficiente. Camera molto bella e con tante attenzioni per il cliente. Letto comodissimo. Fantastiche le spugne di accappatoi ed asciugamani.
Colazione buona, ma meglio non tararsi su 4 Hotel.
Non mi é piaciuto trovare un solo flaconcino di doccia schiuma; sono sicuro che chiedendo mi avrebbero coperto di doccia Schiuma però per un hotel a 5 stelle...
Non sono riuscito a collegarmi al WiFi (di solito non sono "impedito") però può essere colpa mia.
Anche se non di mio interesse i canali TV saltavano.
Avevo prenotato anche la cena perché non avevo voglia di muovermi. Mi è stato dato un voucher per 2 persone per il lounge bar interno (Rialto) con la possibilità di 2 portate a scelta e acqua inclusa. Buonini gli antipasti, così così i secondi. Non la definirei comunque una cena soddisfacente per 80 Euro.

Price of the hotel food was crazy expensive and not that good. We were eating out at local restaurants and having quite sophisticated meals that were the same price. The hotel food was very basic and low level for the same price. Drinks in Sky bar were more expensive than the most expensive bar here in London. The price was crazy. Actually just ridiculous. I was a member at Annables in London for years and its was much cheaper, And that place is where Billionaires go.

Beds were comfortable, staff in the skybar was friendly.
It is advisable for future guests to be careful in checking their receipts and monitoring their billing statements to avoid any discrepancies or overcharging during their stay. The inconsistent amounts charged to us on different occasions did not correspond with our invoices, suggesting possible attempts at overcharging.
We also encountered problems with the mini-bar (which did not open) in our room and the restocking with room service. The staff struggled to explain in great detail why they double charged us for our stay, they simply said it was a mistake. This happend In the middle of the night, €447 was charged to our card while the stay was paid in full upfront.
Also they kept on saying they just took a pre authorisation from my card, while this was not the case. The money was taken from my card, not just a “pre authorisation”.
Overall, our experience at the Hilton S(t)ucky Molino in Venice fell short of expectations. It felt as though our requests, including a simple adjustment due to a canceled flight, were ignored. We had hoped for a warm welcome, especially considering Hilton's reputation for inclusivity. As a young couple who have traveled extensively, we have faced challenges before, but the treatment we received here was particularly disappointing.
The dining experience within the hotel was subpar as well; the service was very slow and the food overpriced, especially when compared to other dining options in Venice.
The following day, our room cards mysteriously stopped working, causing unnecessary inconvenience.
Additionally, the cleanliness of our room was not up to standard - we found a shoe print on the wall and a whole bunch of hair in the shower, which was off-putting. The staff seemed indifferent to our presence; we felt unrecognized and our concerns were not heard.

Beautiful hotel
Walls were paper thin. You could hear the room next door if they coughed, so you could hear full conversations. There was no privacy.
No compensation offered despite this issue effecting sleep for one night.

superbly converted mill. Now an extremely comfortable hotel. Staff very helpful & friendly & the food & service was faultless. Also has a free river shuttle to the main area (San Marco)
Rooftop pool was closed as it was still March. The weather was superb, but I guess it was unexpected & the pool probably doesn't open until May which would usually be the right time of year for the location.

War jetzt zum fünften Mal in diesem Hotel. Wie immer war es ein genialer Aufenthalt.
Diesmal sogar noch besser, da Zimmer mit View auf Kanal und Richtung Markus Platz. Upgrade hat aich voll ausgezahlt, inklusive Execcutive Launch.
Sonst auch alles wie immer super: Frühstück, Boot Shuttle, Ambiente und das stets bemühte Personal.
Wenn ich mir etwas wünchen dürfte - jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau: Das man die Klimaanlage wirklich steuern bzw. deaktivieren kann. Würde gerne in der Nacht das Gerät komplett abschalten können.

Het gebouw is absoluut uniek en heeft een rijk karakter en geschiedenis
De renovatie tot hotel is helaas blijven steken in een bijzonder grote middelmatigheid, dit had zoveel beter gekund. Het is jammer dat dit gebouw geen moedige eigenaar kreeg die met zijn renovatie het gebouw eer aan zou doen. Het meubilair op het terras boven is gewoonweg brol, en de prestigieuze Skyline Rooftop Bar is zelfs bemeubeld met copies van de beroemde Navy chair. Schaam je, Hilton!

Palazzo meraviglioso e posizione molto tranquilla lontana dalla folle di Venezia. Luogo veramente silenzioso.
Credo che la lounge nel rooftop manchi di fascino, credo che l’arredo è molto banale per essere un Hilton.

Nach dem Check-In, war man auf der Suche nach dem gebuchten Zimmer. Am Weg wurde der Aufzug 2 verwendet, in dem ein sehr übler Geruch gewesen ist, dieser ähnelte einem Schimmelgeruch.
Geplant war es nach dem Check-In, etwas zu essen im Lobby Restaurant und danach zur Dachterrasse gehen.
Es hat keine Möglichkeit gegeben, bei der Dachterrasse zu rauchen, obwohl die Info von einer Dame bei der Rezeption weitergegeben wurde, dass dies möglich wäre. Manche möchten nach dem Essen eine Zigarette rauchen, wenn man allerdings eine falsche Information bekommt, muss man wieder zurück zum Haupteingang. Da bei der Dachterrasse das nicht erlaubt war, wurde dort nichts konsumiert.
Absolut nicht in Ordnung, dass bei so einer großen Hotelkette nicht auf die Grundsätze der Gastronomie geachtet wurde.
Als die Vorspeise gegessen wurde, ist der Teller der Vorspeise währenddessen entnommen worden. Obwohl darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass noch 5 Minuten benötigt werden. Das wurde nicht gehört und mir wurde der nächste Gang gebracht. Es wurde nicht beachtet, wie das Besteckt am Teller gelegt wurde.
Wenn die Grundsätze der Gastronomie gelehrt sind, achtet jeder Mitarbeiter auf solche Zeichen.
Anpassung der Speisekarte vom Lobby Restaurant.
Reduzierung der Lautstärke des Pianos.
Besonders hervorzuheben ist der schlechte Service des Personals im Lobby Restaurant, das am 24.02.2024 vor Ort war.
