Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, die Lage des Hotels ist ein großes Plus. Absolute Ruhe, schöne Anlage mit herrlicher Sicht

Wir waren in einem DZ untergebracht, das keine Möglichkeit bot, Kleidung für zwei Personen unterzubringen. Hinter einer Tür gab es eine Stange mit Bügeln und ein Regalboden - mehr nicht. Keine Schubladen, keine Ablagefläche - eine Woche haben wir mehr oder weniger aus dem Koffer gelebt; für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. Zudem lag das Zimmer im EG - das Duschen der Nachbarn inklusive WC-spülung war gut zu hören. Ferne verfügte das Zimmer über ein offenes Bad - auch hier war keine Privatsphäre möglich - das ist inakzeptabel.Auch konnten wir nicht den Außenbereich vor dem Zimmer nutzen, da dies ein Durchgangsbereich für die Gäste war.

It was the perfect place to stay if you wanted nothing but the peace of majestic scenery round you.

The property in itself is stunning! The view, the pool, the terrace. Couldn’t dream of a better place to relax! Very large suites. Great food.

Ventilation sounds in the room even when the aircon wasn’t on. Nothing else that comes to mind.

The location was exceptional, the views of the valley from the hotel and swimming pool were really beautiful. The place was peaceful, surrounded by nature with just the noise of the wind, the birds and the occasional sheep, an amazing place to disconnect. The rooms & the interior design were charming, the outside patio absolutely stunning and the food was excellent!

Everything was excellent, the only thing I would change if I could is to make this place adults only. We chose this place as it was catalogued as one of the most peaceful hotels in Mallorca and we must say that the presence of children, particularly in the swimming pool area, does ruin the atmosphere of peace & quiet a little bit. The restaurant isn’t exclusive to hotel guests, so no guarantee that you’ll be able to have lunch or dinner in the outdoors patio, as there are only a few tables and can fill up quickly.

Finca Son Palou; what a wonderful combination of beauty, warm hospitality and tranquillity! The location is absolutely stunning. From the beautiful views at the large and well-kept front lawn, where we enjoyed a morning read or afternoon white wine, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley and the walks across the beautiful estate, with its olive trees, sheep and fields. And beyond that the beautiful Tramuntana mountains! Breakfast and dinner is a delight; lots of delicious things to choose from, and served by an expert staff, really wonderful people who combine true professionality with warm personal hospitality. In all, what a fabulous experience! Our stay was a bit short (8 nights) but on return we felt like we had enjoyed a really long relaxing holiday. We will certainly be back!

I wouldn't know how to improve on this experience ...

The time spent in the hotel was very pleasant. So good that we even went back to the hotel instead of going to another accommodation. Everything beautiful. They have different, rustic, sophisticated rooms. The silence, tranquility and peace are indescribable, the landscape from the hotel park is beautiful. Those who want to be away from the noise of the city are in the right place, because here they can relax in complete peace. There is also breakfast, mini lunch and dinner, good wines and a large pool. Parking is arranged, the center of Orient can actually be reached by exiting the hotel door. We highly recommend it and would like to come back again!

Everything about this place was incredible. The setting, the staff, the food and the general ambience of the place were amazing. We travelled with our 7month old and this was our first trip abroad with him. The staff at Son Palou made it so incredibly easy and welcoming that we are now way more confident and comfortable that travelling is an option. Cannot recommend the place more highly.

Its not really a 'dislike' but I would warn anyone hiring a car to err on the side of caution and go with a slightly smaller car if possible. The roads on the way to Son Palou are incredibly tight, winding and in places not wide enough for vehicles to pass each other. It will make your stay a lot calmer if you do not have to worry as much about navigating the blind hairpins everytime you return to the hotel! That said....its a wonderful experience to drive up the road!
