Hotel bien situé mais un peu compliqué pour la dépose des bagages.
Accord avec le parking SAN CRISTOBAL à quelques centaines de metres ( 10,50€/jour)
Nous avions une chambre au 13e etage avec une vue mer superbe.
Propreté impeccable, literie confortable.
Petit déjeuner très varié et excellent.
Salle de bain un peu petite.
Quelques bémols pour un 4 etoiles compte-tenu du prix des chambres :
- une seule petite bouteille d'eau par personne offerte pour la totalité du séjour. Une par jour aurait été plus correct.
- mais surtout très mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre : on entendait le voisin prendre sa douche et comme la chambre était située à côté de l'ascenseur, on avait en plus le bruit de la machinerie à chaque aller retour de la cabine... heureusement moins fréquents la nuit.

O tamanho do quarto (enorme) e vista (espetacular).
A entrar no quarto nota se cheiro de mofo, forte.
Tudo velho, a gritar de necessidade da renovação!

The location is fantastic!
The hotel looks a bit old especially the bathrooms and the elevators that were slightly scary.

The room was big and well equipped, with a nice comfy bed, we had a wrap around balcony on the 18th floor with an amazing view, there was a fridge and room safe , the bathroom was a little dated but everything worked perfectly, nice soap and shower gel was supplied which was a lovely touch, the room was very clean.The views are amazing. There are ongoing paving works going on very close to the hotel and initially I thought that this was going to be an issue, especially as we are not used to City noise and construction noise all at the same time, but to be honest we were up and out by 9.30 and popped back in now and then throughout the day and we had no problems, we slept well.
The staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant, the service was exceptional.
We used the bar and restaurant most days, the food was really good with lots of choices.
The restaurant has probably the best view in Alicante. The location is good and close to everything,
Well we liked everything, but some might find the roadworks an issue but this won't go on forever, if you bring decent ear plugs this will help. The hotel lifts aren't the biggest.

Que a las 12,05 me llamarán de recepción para decirme que tenía que abandonar la habitación,me pillaron saliendo de la misma y cuando se lo dije a la persona de recepción que me estaba echando en pocas palabras, me dijo que era norma del hotel recordar a los clientes la hora de salida.
Nunca me he sentido tan mal en ningún hotel, incluso tenía reservada una mesa en el restaurante y la cancelé por que no me sentía agusto.

Eine bessere Lage ist kaum möglich. Erste Reihe am Strand und trotzdem Mitte Stadt.

Amazing room, amazing views, delicious breakfast. Location was amazing too but unfortunately no pool and gym, I always work out during my trips but I couldn't do it here but for people who don't care about the gym and pool then its a great place to stay!

The view was great, location was perfect. The Breakfast was great. The bar and restaurant was great. The staff was very helpful. The area surrounding the hotel was interesting full of cool things to see.
I wish we had a balcony. The rooms were listed as soundproof and they are not. The elevators are slow and small. We booked a second room and wish it was on the same floor.

The hotel was in a great location in the middle of the bars and restaurants and close to the beach
The restaurant manager and staff were not very friendly and quite stand offish.

There were construction work outside the hotel had we had known we wouldn’t of stayed here. Tried to come for a relaxing trip but was woken up really early. View was restricted by this too.

Was great location we loved it here.
One of the lifts broke while we were there and that wasn't very good because it meant you had to wait a very long time for a lift as we could walk up and down because on the 15th floor and my dad had bad legs

The breakfast was very good (although too much meat choice, and not enough vegetarian choice)
- The location (near the beach) is perfect
A strong and consistent sewer smell coming from the corridor and bathroom. We ask the staff to do something, nothing...
- They do not reply quickly enough to messages (a reply the next day)
- Electric kettle not provide when booking a standard room (7 euros extra per night is requested by hotel to provide you with one).
- The standard room are old and not very convenient (especially the bathroom and air conditioning)
- Too expensive for what you have. Others hotels and aparthotels in Alicante are much better and cheaper.

The breakfast was the standout part of our stay. Tasty and amazing quality. Lots to choose from, the kids loved the smoothies and waffles.
The smell in the rooms from the toilet pipes. It seemed to travel throughout our floor.
