Buena ubicación dado que necesitaba estar cerca del aeropuerto. El hotel es un poco viejo pero en buen estado todo.
Muy bueno el servicio de autobús gratis desde y hasta el hotel y el aeropuerto.
El TV ya habría que cambiarlo por uno mejor. El frigobar no funcionaba.

Rooms need urgently a renovation, interior looks like its from the late 80's, air conditioning was not working properly.

That it was close to the Madrid airport, it had all the amenities travelers want and need, and the staff was very helpful and professional. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. It also has a restaurant for dinner on the terrace which is very pleasant. A perfect place either before a long flight home or after a late arrival at the airport. The price was right too! Also a dependable shuttle to and from the airport.

Creo que en ese hotel son unos informales puesto que había reservado una habitación triple hacía mas de un mes y una hora antes me dicen que debido a un imprevisto nos llevan a otro hotel de la misma cadena. Le había pasado a más gente. El imprevisto es que dieron nuestra habitación a otras personas.

La recepción del hotel se inundó con una lluvia liviana. El personal del hotel no colaboro a cargar las valijas aún cuando estábamos embarazadas.

Very close to the airport if you need to take an early morning flight.
The bed mattresses were horrible. Probably ancient, you could feel the metal springs nailing into your back, which was very uncomfortable and almost painful. The premises were old too.

Madrid is a large airport with 4 terminals. Terminal 4 is the last pick/drop off, about 25 minutes from T4 to the hotel, and I waited 1 hour at the airport at a non-peak time.

The restaurant serves microwaved food, the beds was the most uncomfortable and hard. The room is very outdated.
