The view is exceptional. The staff will go the extra mile to solve some little issues. The cottages are super clean and well taken care off.

One night we didn't have water because of a problem with the waterintake from the river. The staff resolved it fast, but took a few hours to refill the water. The wifi comes and goes bus we brought a lot of boardgames. :-) Beautiful place to just enjoy the view!

While there, they had a temporary water outage but they kept us informed. We also had trouble connecting to WiFi in our cabin until we figured out how to go directly through the main server at reception

Great location, spacious, well equipped and quiet. Louisa was the best host ever, super helpful.

Abbiamo preso un offerta pazzesca che ci ha fatto stare ancora meglio in una struttura comunque stupenda. Luisa la host, fantastica!

Die Ausstattung ist eher spartanisch, die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, teilweise gab es kein Wasser und Keinen Strom, die Wasserhähne waren Kaputt.

Die Lage ist super, weil nicht weit vom Eingang des Nationalparks mit Blick auf die Berge des Parks. auch ist der Bungalow freistehend und sehr ruhig. wir hatten keine Fussbodenheizung, wie anscheinend andere Bungalows, aber die normale Heizung war auch sehr gut.

Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr spärlich und veraltet. In der Pfanne kann man nichts braten, weil null Beschichtung - uralt. es gibt keine Mikrowelle, es gibt keine Schüssel, das Schneidebrett ist auch kaputt, kein Wasserkocher - nur Kessel auf dem Gasherd. es gibt auch keine Toilettenbürste, bei 5 Tagen mit 4 Leuten.... es gibt kaum Platz für das Gepäck. Für den Preis hatten wir es doch etwas besser erwartet.

Het huisje was heel oud, alles was scheef, zat los, of was verweerd. Vooral het sanitair rammelde zowat uit elkaar… dat zullen ze Elf ook door hebben want er werden nieuwe huisjes verkocht

La calidad constructiva no es buena, la puerta de la calle no ajusta bien, los cristales son súper delgados con lo que el aislamiento es muy malo

The location was amazing… truly beautiful. The only downside was the WiFi was horrible. So if you get 2 snowy days In a row , and forgot a deck of cards… boredom sets in.

The WiFi is terrible so you have to have everything planned before you come.

The location is close to the park entry and close to other restaurants and hotels.

We had the cabana nr. 5. We do not recommend booking this one: heating was not enough, shower was broken, cabina looked used without style e.g. different carpet colors in every room, kitchen equipment was old and partially broken and we kept collecting insects from the kitchen and room floors. The owners could not give information neither on park nor on the surroundings (it was not for the lack of Spanish). It can be noted that they have other cabanas that are better in shape (nicer style, fewer broken things, heating ok). We were able to change to number 3 for the last night because of a lack of sufficient heating. Note: we were only 2 people. The price drops considerably if you're a group of 4.

Convenient location to explore the Torres del Paine park.Very nice staff who let us check in early. Great to be able to cook our own food and make lunches before days of hiking.

Lighting in cabin was just overhead, so difficult to read. There were no extra kitchen items like salt, you really need to bring everything.

a bit far from town but the view is spectacular but need a car. not in Town, outside in surburb

The area is nice. Nice river nearby. beautiful views of the park. Nice staff.

The road is very bumpy. The cabin is very old, dirty, and crumbling. The should burn it and build a new one instead….

Staff availability, location, view

We traveled with 3 young kids. the house was clean, was and super comfortable. We had amazing views from the porch, other houses were far enough and did not bother us (most people were with kids too). We loved the location - 3 mins from the entrance, most places we planned to visit were close enough. hosts were super friendly and helpful - sold us extra gasoline, helped me with the laundry, did excellent cleaning. We absolutely loved staying in there and totally recommend it to everyone looking for a nice place for a reasonable price.

Almost non existent internet. I wish we had better wifi. we would be willing to pay extra for it since it’s remote place. we found some internet in other places so it’s doable.

It’s pretty basic and rustic but cozy and I like it. The view is amazing!
