De ligging van dit hotel is top. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het is echt een hotel voor jongeren. Het is heel gehorig. En de kamers zijn zwaar verouderd.

В первый же день ,мы заселились в номер ,который даже не был убран .
Просто зашли ,а там ,как после туристов .
Грязно ,воняет ,везде все валяется ,грязные полотенца на полу .
Нельзя было вкл плитку или чайник ,так как выбивало электричество.
В новом номере ,который нам дали.
Были грязные полотенца .
В душе была плесень .
Моя девушка ,плакала ,когда увидела плесень в душе ,так как это очень ужасно видеть в номере за 1200€.
Балкон тоже был грязный.
Уборщики заходят в номер ,без стука .

Closeness to the beach
The pool was closed due to a pool party. I paid a substantial amount of money and was unable to use the main pool. They were charging to get in the pool!!

Great location! Friendly staff that was helpful in ordering taxis for us when we needed them either during the day or middle of the night. We paid for breakfast when we wanted, and it was a great buffet! We had the 2-bedroom with ocean view… It was amazing!
Learned the hard way that if the shower head was pointed in a certain direction, the water would end up on the bathroom floor… Other than that, it was a great shower with good pressure.

the location was perfect, also the pool and food serivce at the pool was great. also, the receptionists were super helpful ordering taxis as well as there is someone at the front to help book activities

Well furnished apartment style accommodations with all amenities, great buffet style food included in our package for breakfast and dinner, 3 nice pools to choose from, easy access to two beaches and boardwalk area with restaurants, just a short walk to the castle and old town area
constant loud music played by a DJ during most days, sometimes left on repeat so the same songs played over and over.

Property was good and nice location. Balcony was the best part, which was sea facing.
There was no air-condition in 2nd room in 2bh. Only living room have air-condition. That made it horrible stay. Reception staff is not at all helpful. Asked for room cleaning for 3 times and no one cares.

Location was good and the sea view was wonderful. Breakfast was very good.
Rooms were very old and an upgrade is way overdue. Bathroom and kitchen are outdated and the sofabed is not comfortable. The pool was very dirty and my son got urinal infection from the pool. Most importantly, the prices were too high for such an worn-out place.
