Ich bin 6 mall in diese Hotel aber diese mall war sehr schlecht.Sauberkeit 10, Frühstückt immer 10 ,aber in 5 Etage war eine Familie hat jede mall 30 min gewartet für Auszug.Ich habe auch in 2 Stock 15-20 min eine Katastrophe.Die Mitarbeiter sind super sehr freundlich aber Mitarbeiter von Strandbar war sehr unfreundlich.Du musst unbedingt nür am par tische ganz oben essen (Restaurant Terrasse ist sher gross in 3 stock verteilt )weil nur par tische war mit besteck keine lust für Arbeit .Wir sind mehrere Familie mit Kinder am Strand zu essen weil die wollen uns nicht Bedienen am adere tische.
Whan bist du mit 1,2 oder 3 Kinder am eine Tisch kannst du da bedienen nicht wo Mitarbeiter hat lust.(Restaurant Terrasse )Ich Verstee die Regel für Corona aber muss eine Losung finden für künde nicht 30 jedes mall an Auszug warten weil beim Frühstück war keine Regel .

Literally nobody spoke English. I had to ask 3 different people at reception before someone could tell me where I can find the room service menu.

Lovely clean hotel ,great location across from a fantastic beach .pool facilities good .lovely breakfast choices .Room OK, mattress a little hard

Stunning location, pools and amenities were amazing! Food was amazing.
The rooms are quite dated and the beds are very very hard and the pillows are rubbish.

The hotel is in a very good location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean.
The breakfast and dinner buffet were fantastic, as well was the staff working there. We want to give special thanks to Palermo, Susana, Germán, Lenaz and Isa Vazquez . They were very gentle and sympathetic, always with a big smile.
The swimming pool and the garden are amazing. The access to the beach is very useful.
In general was all very very good. All the staff was very nice and helpful...reception, housekeeping, bar, restaurant, spa. Thank you all and see you soon.

Not informed about credit card needed to “rent” pool towels. No guidance on how to access parking garage. Got lucky when I pushed an intercom-like button. Too much run around for guests.

This is the perfect place to spend a family holiday. The location is great - beach and beautiful swimming pools at your fingertips. Staff is fantastic and there are always activities you can sign up to. The food is absolutely amazing and super diverse. It exceeded our expectations

All was perfect, the facilities were very good, the pools are spacious and gives a lot of options. Pool chairs are enough and the life guards are very helpful. All staff is very kind and always ready to help, it's really a plus. The animation team and the program are also a big plus, there is always a different activity, very good team.
The access to the beach is easy and lots of restaurants nearby.

The price was a bit high considering 2 adults and 2 children (3 and 9), maybe we didn't need to pay for a spacious room. If we will return, we check the room options better.

The hotel was well located and perfect for a getaway to a beach town. Very good place to stay.

Beautiful family hotel, the facilities were spotless. Our group had big comfortable rooms. The hotel has of activities for kids and adults. The breakfast buffet was outstanding and had a huge variety of options for all kinds of tastes and diets. However, their best asset is their personnel. Every single person was absolutely courteous and accommodating at every moment. I would 100% come back.
One of our dinners at the hotel was kind of bland, but the waiter was responsive to our comment and we were not charged for the dish in question.
