I asked to upgrade my room and had a lovely suite with a balcony and soaking tub 👍

You need to request to use the sauna. otherwise they don’t have it on. The pool in the spa is basically the children’s pool. all day children running in and out and screaming. The level snacks was just an all day candy bar - again really catering to children but I’m not sure the Children are paying for the level services or the spa so I think they need to change their policies a bit. Took ages to check in, reception was basically unresponsive if I needed to call for anything. Room service took 2 hours and was almost impossible to get through an order. This could be a staffing issue. main pool closes at 6pm and so does the spa. Really early when the sun doesn’t set for another 4 hours. A couple of thing’s broken in the room on arrival. mini fridge hot.

-Clean rooms. Everyday cleaning -good breakfast and dinner with amazing view -helpful stuff. I bombarded them with questions and requests because of force majeure and got help really quickly. -Kids club and evening entertainment like circus or magic show , cooking master classes and a lot of other activities. It was really good -Warm swimming pool inside -group trainings for adults . Yoga , Tabatha, cycling, aqua, gym -Live music every evening I definitely would recommend this hotels for families.

-I’ve sent 3 requests about shuttle before arriving and had no response. The reason might be in numerous taxis on the island and it easy to get it , but would be beneficial to get response anyway. - You can find stuff doing their job during the night, which is quite common for hotel businesses . But you might think they a too loud .

the air in our room would only blow extremely hot air, they couldn’t repair it, so we had to sleep with the balcony doors open at night. the walls are thin and you can hear very sound from adjacent rooms.

adult pool was amazing and the service was extraordinary

the way a staff member of the pool tried to change the prices of the pool beds and ask cash payments. I refused to pay with him and did not take the bed in the end because he had me running back and forth to staff asking if this was right

The cocktail hour at The Level. Excellent cleaning staff. Beautiful views. ( with the right room 414 ) The bed was very comfortable and pillows just amazing.

The HUGE TV in the window blocking the view. No sun on the balcony and uncomfortable deck chairs. Very loud hallways and constantly being woken up with the noise.

Great view from the balcony. I liked the hotel, I'm ready to come again. The staff is amazing, especially the guy at The Level reception! The food is good, but the breakfast lacked at least one type of porridge. The child was hungry. There is porridge at home in the morning, but there was none at the Hotel during the breakfast. Everything else was very good. Thank you The room is comfortable for 4 people. the animation is good, but it's bad that for limited hours! There are no children's zones in the hotel. There is a children's room with toys and a small plastic slide, but it is open by the hour and closed during the day. Create an area for small children to play with toys. Because the feeling that the hotel is set up for adults without children. In the evening, the children's room is open from 19:45, and children also want to play, you know. All high-class hotels have children's areas in constant access

there are no porridge during the breakfast. oatmeal will be enough

Very good location just in front of the beach and lateral from all restaurants ( better from noise point of view).We had a nice room with balcony having a fully view of sea, beach and sourroundings, very clean and confortable. Good selection of food in the morning with larger choice at The Level restaurant. Dinner lower than expectations.during the week days but better on the week ends. Entire hotel staff very nice and helpful.

It has to be known that sun beds belongimg to the hotel are located on concrete platform ( prices between 40 to 20 eur per sun bed) not on the sandy beach of the gulf so we had to move more at the west part. Then related to meals: no drinks included not even water and this is really not acceptable.. Limited numbet of parking places at location even at 20 eur per day

some of the food was very spicy and it didn’t say so couldn’t give it to the toddler main bar was a bit slow choice of food in restaurants at lunch time was limited can never get a sunbed even in quiet time
