brilliant hotel, comfortable & clean, with friendly staff and great facilities, excellent choice of restaurants & activities. spa has excellent therapists.
it’s difficult to say what I didn’t like, if I say one thing… it was that buffet cooked food left under light heater was often cold.
no alcohol with room service.
spa needs a very small upgrade.

Wundervoller Garten mit Poolanlage. Keine laute Musikbeschallung. Dezente Livemusik - toll. Der Style des Hotels war sehr geschmackvoll. Outdoor-Fitness. Schöne Bars mit Sunset. Gutes und sehr grosses Buffet. Weitere Restaurants. Sehr nettes Personal. Tolle Auswahl an Massagen. Geräumige Zimmer, ebenfalls stilvoll. Sehr sauber. An der Strandpromenade und quasi mittendrin. Sehr ruhig. Parkplatzanlage Euro 15 pro Tag. Gerne wieder.

Location
They had closed the salt water pool. Upgraded room for extra £400 but wasn’t worth tbe money. Stayed a couple years ago and was much better they was doing work in the bar area so had no live music of an evening

This hotel is not at the beach front. There is no beach in front of the hotel. You have to walk a lot to the side to get to the beach. Aircon didn't work well and was super smelly. A lot of things mentioned on the hotel description in the "sustainability" area are not true, for example there is no double-glazed windows, I saw a lot of single-use plastic cups around, a lot of recycled bins are not marked properly.

Beautiful hotel overlooking the sea, amazing sea views from rooms and hotel sunset bar. Lots of greenery and trees in the hotel, very deep pool and plenty of sun beds.

The location was perfect for the things we wanted to do on our trip. Staff were absolutely amazing. The pool was wonderful and reception were always happy to help!
A short walk to Siam Park as well!
Possibly a bit more variety at breakfast and dinner for the buffet. But can’t complain as what there was, was really nice!

restricted areas for ‘preferred’ customers - I thought the language ‘preferred’ was slightly offensive to ‘normal’ customers & it was a shame that advertised areas on Instagram were not available to us.

Breakfast was excellent. The reception and attention to detail was brilliant as we got prosseco's to celebrate our honeymoon and my birthday. The personal touch was amazing

The best breakfast buffet I’ve ever seen from a hotel. Unreal cocktails. The hotel and pool area was always so clean. The treatment on arrival from the door staff was was second to none as well. We loved our stay here.

Great location, close to the center and close to the beach.
Rooms to the street are very noisy during the night. Trash and recycling collection (incl. glass bottles) around 1am.

Breakfast was excellent - great range of food & drink options to cater for all tastes.
All the staff were helpful and professional.
The hotel is well situated close to the waterfront and promenade, also convenient for shops and bus stops.
We found the waterfront area it is in a bit brash and not as pleasant as waterfront areas a mile either side of it, but that is down to our personal taste.

This was my 2nd visit in 3 years . Beautiful modern hotel hidden behind a tropical style facade. The view from the ocean view balcony was amazing. The Pool and outside dining areas were so pretty with vast tropical shrubbery everywhere.
Staff, Bed Room, Breakfast choice, Dining areas were Amazing.
Disappointed to see that the 2nd Pool area at the waterfront is gone ??.
Disappointed there was no musical entertainment at the sunset lounge and pool area like during my last stay.
The last minute offer to upgrade at an extra charge was not enticing ie. spend an extra €800 to save €40??
